“yeah, but you should probably at least make friends with his family, right ?? have you met many of his siblings ??”

‘ just one - what about you and damian’s fam? ’

“that’s okay !! it’s always been okay. you’ve got me here now, and i can help you branch out.”

‘ i’m happy i have you, you’re more than enough. ’

“well luckily you don’t have to. instead of meeting other people i have spent most of my time trying to find you and being with damian.”

‘ i’m just shy. ’ she admitted.

‘ good, i would have fought someone to be your maid of honour. ’

alejandra let out a sigh of relief as her sister assured her she was maid of honour. “oh thank god. i was a bit nervous there. i knew i’d been gone for awhile.”

‘ it’s always you, my love. ’ she promised.

“i’m excited for you !! i’m gonna be your maid of honour, right ?? you haven’t made any really good friends ?? or even worse–” she gasped. “you haven’t become close with any of his sisters, have you ??”

she laughed ‘ of course you are and nah, i’m friendly when one but not enough for anyone to take your place. ’

“well that’s great !! distractions, while being called distractions, can still be nice and good. i think it’s good you met orson.”

‘ me too....i’m really excited to get married. ’

“definitely not as lively as ours back home, but it is nice for sure. everything else is alright ?? you’re feeling alright ??”

she hesitated a little before nodding ‘ distractions have helped and imprinting. ’

‘ the castle is a little eerie, but i like being here. ’

“i know, it’s truly been a struggle. i’m surprised i haven’t fell into some booby traps or anything,” she mused with a laugh.

‘ thank god! ’ she laughed.

“everything else is going well !! i’ve only gotten lost in the castle a couple of times, which is nice.”

“i’m definitely pretty messy. we should just start calling ourselves the messy maez kids, ‘cause it seems to be a family thing.”
