That was more like it. She would think back to the last year before the new millennium 1999. The events that happened ; the atmosphere that resided in each Cyber city. The wave of joy and feeling of safety that went through she still could see to this very day. It was one of the more recent events.

It was when the Cyber World was at last after so much struggle united as one.

It is what it felt like to her. But despite her liking to work on the very front and down with the people instead from above , she was still a servant of the state. It certainly had some light biases, and she was aware. She'd close her eyes, one of the very few movements she made. After all it was not necessary, as she was a machine.

The eyes would calmly follow each movement, not over analyzing the other before her. Rather her ears would tilt, focus on the words and tone used. The way things were spoken of were put through her head. Saved and archived. She had for sure seen some things, the felinoid assumed. But instead of feeling envy, she was joyful for the other. And made hee feel more hopeful for herself being able to see things up and personal.

But one day such a mass of knowledge would be of use she imagined. One day she would emerge.

She loved history, stories. The past made her.

She struggled to think, there was no knowledge before it. Not in the archives. Not even in Queen's memory banks which reached so long . . .

She did not have much time, her knowledge was despite her fascination significantly limited for that reason. But sometimes she would have time to read an excerpt. A page. Take a tiny glimpse at an image of a ancient relic of a bygone era. Especially when traveling . . .

She would clear her voice. One hand resting on the top 'button ' of hers. The felinoid was more than overjoyed hearing the other speak like this.

Life of comfort was never her way of living.

She did not enjoy sitting behind the walls of the manor. Each time her tasks inside the mansion were finished she would spend this time outside. Searching for ways to help. She felt close to the Cyber Army and the police force. Always ready to respond to emergencies and more severe cases of crime.

It was her. A woman with a need for work. Her hands had to be occupied. Her mind had to think she was doing something productive. Something important.

But never allow herself to fall into a comfort zone. There was no need to rest or sit and make others do her bidding if she could do it herself.

Fix vehicles, lead lost people. Escort business owners to ensure their safety. She was despite everything a woman close to the people she spoke to care about. Serving in the manor and on the streets. It was a time without manor conflicts. These were the fine summer months of 2021. The last major conflict was in 1998 - 1999. She saw many painful things, did many as well and suffered them in return.

Much had changed , but never her role as a servant of the state and the people.

A role she had dedicated her whole life to.

And she would have it no other way.
