a shout out to the admin teams who are just trying their best to run their sites and do the best that they can. it can be stressful at times and delivering hard to hear messages isnt easy. you are doing great just remember that. remember to take time to enjoy your plots and your posts as well you are a member too! <3

i should have reached out to someone who needed a friend and support, but i didnt and now i regret it. she closed her site and vanished. i really liked that place and liked her and it was a rare genre i dont get to rp in often. it was stupid of me to be nervous about trying to be a friend. dont be me. // why not try reaching out via rpcpositivitea?

not introverted at all but I love fantasy/supernatural rps that break the generic setting <3 they're pretty rare tho

I'm more drawn to open lore sites because of that. even if I end up making what would be considered a vampire, I like to choose the origin and lore that goes with it.

besides that, I also like cyberpunk rps <3 post-apocs are cool too, but without the zombie invasion ahahaha

I don't really lurk sites much. if I have time and I'm super drawn to a site (or I'm dying to rp a plot), I'll app asap. if not, it's on the backburner until I have more time/energy for it <3 a wide variety of wanted ads to choose from helps a lot when I can't decide on a character/plot/way to get involved!

Dear rp introverts, what sites or what kind of sites do you lurk (bc you like them, not out of spite)?

this is a great question, nonnie! honestly i lurk anything that has a good plot, even if i'm not in the fandom or don't write that genre. sci fi sites, fantasy sites, etc that have really in depth lore and intricate connections i always look at but inevitably don't join. i just love how they all fit like little puzzle pieces. passing this on to the next rp introvert out there, feel free to reply in the comments or in the ask box. <3

shout out to IC and hemlock for bringing up the paid rp thing, it would have been easy to go on pretending that isn't happening but it was handled really tactfully and it's cool to point at and talk about the purple coloured elephant in the room without it being nasty. more of that in our resource spaces, please!

I tried sending this to another blog even though I knew it was inactive and had no idea if it'd ever be active again, but even knowing that I figured it wouldn't hurt to send it to other positivity accounts as well just on the off chance the person this is for might see it. But I just wanted to say I miss @musicalities. I don't know if they'll ever see this if it does get posted, but they were always such a joy to see on the dash. I know they were going through a really hard time before they deleted their blog, though I didn't know the specifics, but they were such a beacon of light and inspiration in whatever fandoms they wrote in. I miss seeing all the love and passion they had for their OC and how well they managed to fit their OC into so many different fandoms. If you ever see this, @musicalities, I hope you're happy and doing better. Trust me when I say, your presence in the RP sphere here has been missed.
