So I managed to actually see a Platypus today. Even though most zoos in Australia have them, they are extremely elusive creatures and can be very hard to spot as they spend most of their time inside their burrows

Apparently many people believe that people who like snakes also like spiders. I’m here to prove that to be a myth (at least for me anyway) I may love snakes but I’m scared stiff of spiders

Haven’t done a trip to the Australian Reptile Park in a while so I decided it was time to do one today. I sure plenty of snakes 🐍 (my favourite animal) and even got to hold the resident Burmese Python Fluffy for I think the fourth time now? Also saw a croc get fed and some creepy spiders 🕷️

Went and saw Back To Black today.

What can I say? I’ve been a huge fan of Amy since I was 12, she is the reason for my love of winged liner and all things retro. Amy was the most amazingly talented and unique artist of the 21st century, it was always my dream to one day see her in concert, sadly that never happened as her life was tragically cut short.

This movie does a fantastic job of documenting Amy’s life and the lead actress, Marissa does such a fantastic job potraying Amy
