-i allow myself to receive the same love i give to others

-i am worthy of genuine smiles

-my worth is not defined in anything external

-i bring value exactly as i am

-i have gotten through hardship that i thought i wouldn’t overcome. that is immense strength. keep going

-i deserve to rest when i’m tired or burned out

-i am worthy of nourishment. mind, body and soul

-i allow myself to radiate when i feel good. it is not selfish or vain

I went on a really long walk and decided bad times are behind me and I don’t have to fear anything anymore, and I smiled at strangers who all (!!) smiled back so yeah my day was made!
