Here’s a preview of my mattdrai fic, if you’re into that sort of thing

Matthew only feels a little bad about what he’s about to do. He slides in right under Leon’s arm and tilts his head to look up at him through his lashes.

“If you were to put together a draft of people you’d like to go out with, like really have a good night out, would I be on it?”

Leon looks a little confused but indulges Matthew anyways “Well, yeah I guess. How many slots are there?”

“One” Matthew says, a mischievous look taking over his face.

Leon looks up like he’s actually thinking about this. He hums before replying, “No”

Now Matthew feels slighted. He sits up and levels a heavy stare at Leon. “Two”

Leon starts laughing. Like actually full belly laughing, and Matthew wonders if he should choke him for the laughing or for not considering him as one of the top two guys he’d like to have a night out with.

Leon’s still laughing, only it’s coming out in small chuckles as he asks, “Matthew, w-what are you asking me right now?”

Matthew has no choice but to put it all out there. “Do you wanna go to my ex’s wedding with me?”

Or, Matthew invites his boyfriend to his ex’s wedding and somehow ends up engaged?

why the hell did i just create sideblog to start posting hockey content and about my writing just to find out that i cant interact from that blog…

… yes i’ve had this app for years. no i do not know how it works.

just posted my first fic on ao3 and i am literally shaking with anxiety. not only is it in a fandom space (HockeyRPF) that is filled with SO MANY talented writers, but it’s also a ship (mattdrai) that so so so many beautiful fics.

i may also have a lot of irrational fears surrounding my digital footprint but the mattdrai brain worms seem to have overpowered them.
