REMINESCENCE is an all-girl group under Closed Door Records, they debuted January 6th, 2018 with their first mini album NEW BEGGININGS. The group is made up by five members: Anne, Lucy, Lisa, Iris and Jieun. Remember, even if these girls look like just another idol group, not everything is what it seems.

— LORE REGARDING REMINESCENCE.

Witches.

In the exact year of 1500, seven distinct women from Salem gave birth to seven beautiful girls, one in each day of the week, seven half-sisters, the older being born on Monday and the youngest on Sunday. All born from the same father, a god who would, later, be nicknamed popularly as Satan. Those seven girls might not have been the first witches to ever exist, however, they are still the most powerful witches to ever exist in this realm. Aside from their power, natural-born witches are known for their immortality, stopping to age at twenty five.

In 1692, an important event that would change Witchcraft forever had its start, the Salem witch trials marked history as it hunted various women and gave them death sentences. With this, the seven sisters saw themselves being obligated to run away to preserve their species and, being lead by their older sister, nicknamed Monday, born 6:06 A.M on June, 1500. The whereabouts of the seven sisters are unknown and, since the Salem witch hunt, natural-born witches were declared extinct, with only their art being preserved and practiced until this day, even if not as much power or ability as the original Salem witches. A secret only known between the group members is that Leanne is the daughter born on monday, the only one with a known whereabout and confirmed to be alive. Leanne herself confirmed that, until her knowledge goes, her other sisters are either dead or nowhere to be found.

Another supernatural beings and even humans can use and get close to master the art of witchcraft, however, having a original witch by your side is like having all power close to your hands, specially a daughter coming from such identity. For many years, other supernatural beings hunted for the daughters of Satan with the objecting of using their powers for their own benefit, along with supernatural hunters themselves who only wanted the death of such creatures, making the escape of the seven even harder than it should be.

For the other supernatural, natural-born witches are an extinct species and the seven sisters are, ironically, known purely as myths, with only their art and methods being preserved until this day.

Vampires.

Creatures known for bringing mixed opinions, some believe vampires are an evolved type of demons, others believe that they are creatures of their own. The true answer remains unknown, as there’s elements that can serve as support for both arguments, leaving their origins hard to figure out.

As most vampires come from a certain lineage of others equal to them, vampires can also be created by other creatures and humans through advanced satanic rituals and, even though never confirmed, it’s said that god can curse humans corrupted by their sins with vampirism, punishing them into forever walking in earth and see everything they love fall apart.

Pop culture has a lot of misconceptions about vampires, however, they were on point when talking about historical figures who might have been involved with vampirism. Figures such as Vlad III and Elizabeth Bathory, theorized to be the inspirations to Bram Stoker’s Dracula, are actual vampires that might still walk in our grounds. For the misconceptions, the curse of vampirism actually makes sure they live through their curse the biggest span of time possible, vampires aren’t allergic to sun, can easily enter a church, can see themselves in mirrors and live as normal humans, being the only differences between them immortality, the need to feed on blood and their enhanced abilities.

Just as witches, vampires are hunted by specialized hunters, however, in a lower pace, as they only worry about vampires who have caused genocides and murder for pure pleasure or greed, they usually don’t care about their reasonings and coldly hunt those creatures to torture and then slowly kill them.
