There's a possibility...that I am Eric Morgan...gasp...
I love video games, anime, reading, movies, your basic nerd stuff.
I'm getting more into cosplay and I'm in school for Journalism.
I can't really put into words how excited I am about this Kickstarter project and how grateful I am to Keiji Inafune to being so close to his original "baby" I guess you could say that is Mega Man.
With him wanting to appease his fans and going over Capcom's heads and giving people what they want which is that old school feel of side scrolling action, great music, and great challenges.
I saw that Mighty No-9 was fully funded in less than 2 days, which I believe might be one of, if not the fastest video game Kickstarter that I've ever seen, and it brings a lot of joy to my heart.
Mega Man isn't just a game to me, it was something I had when I was younger when I couldn't mesh well with my family, friends, anything like that. It was the very first video game I ever played that I actually cared about and affected me to this very day. It made me see what was unique about game design and how important keeping the spirit of challenge and the uniqueness of music.
I am backing this project for $250 dollars because I feel I'd get everything that I would love out of a project like this, an art book similar to the 20th anniversary book that I already have, SIGNED by Keiji Inafune? The one person I'd probably be at a loss of words if I got to meet in person, because It's hard to describe how his original vision helped me get into really loving Video Games.
I am happy that the Mega Man community is so strong, and will back the Blue Bomber even in this new form, I look forward to playing as Beck and fighting the other Mighty No Robots.
Thank you Keiji Inafune, the 100,000 strong because I am sure that they backed this project, and any old school capcom fans.
