2020 has been a hell of a year, as you already described in your text so I'm not gonna repeat what you said.

I am so damn grateful for you as well and you don't know how much I love you! I'm so glad we became even closer this year and I hope we can spend some more time with each other next year (if the current situation allows us to). I hope I can continue being an inspiration to you and someone you look up to! You know, you told me many times before that I'm someone you look up to but do you know what big impact those words have on me? Being able to be the person you look up to is my reason to continue living. I don't want to get too dark or depressive here but you, Janna, you gave me a reason to continue and keep on going and I am so so so thankful for that. I will always be on your side and you can always count on me when you need me! I love you so so much❤️

so i think we can all agree 2020′s been a whole rollercoaster ride, right? it’s been full of troubles and surprises, some pleasant and some less than, but although the year may have seemed like it would never end – well, we made it, haven’t we? 

we’re here. at the end of this disastrous start of the decade. we’ve made it through this hectic, unsparing year of 2020 and i, for one, am so proud. of myself. of every single one of you. we’ve survived a pandemic. we’ve survived through sporadic lockdowns, through ever-growing stress from work, from school, from tests, from deadlines, and lots more. we grew a whole heckin lot. I am so so proud of each and every single one of you for pushing through this hell of a year.

[9:57PM] "Mark? Do you need anything? You've been working all day. You didn't eat or drink a lot, so do you want me to-"

"Y/N, please! I can't concentrate like that!" You slightly got startled at Boyfriend!Mark raising his voice at you. You muttered out a quiet 'sorry' and went out of his room. You waited for him in the living room, keeping yourself busy with your phone.

Soon you heard his footsteps coming closer and you saw his figure standing in the hallway. "Hey-" before you could say something, Mark interrupted you. "Could you please be quiet for a moment? You've been talking all day," you would be lying if you said your heart didn't break at hearing his words. "I'm sorry..."

He grabbed a glass of water, trying to ignore your presence but you had to ask him, "why are you being like this to me, Mark?"

He put down his water and looked at you directly in your eyes. "I am just not happy with this."

"With this relationship, I mean," you expected it. How could you not after several weeks of him acting like he did? But now that he openly said it, it just hurt like crazy. "That's okay," you smiled at him slightly. Mark had a confused look on his face. He did not think you would react this calmly.

"Thank you for telling me...and I hope you will be happy in your next relationship," you grabbed your bag and jacket to leave but before you did, you had to say one last thing to him.

"Thank you for the best three years of my life, Mark Lee. I love you and goodbye."

[9:27PM] "Please, believe me! I'm seriously scared for my life!" Friend!Chenle shook your shoulders in panic.

"Chenle, you've watched too many horror movies. Your reflection cannot replace you!" You chuckled at his naivety. "So, don't worry about it!" He nodded at your statement, still unsure and afraid of the possibility of him getting replaced by his own mirror image.

"I need to take the bathroom. I'll be right back," you left Chenle alone in his room to do your business but you couldn't help but feel oddly weird. Therefore, you rushed back to him, only to sigh in relief as you saw him calmly sitting by his desk, doing his homework.

"See, nothing's wrong," you said smiling, sitting down on his bed. "Yeah, you were right. I was just overreacting," he laughed and continued his work.

You watched him, while he did so, as he was the only interesting view in this room. After a few minutes, you realized something strange.

falling in love with best friend!donghyuck but being rejected and drifting apart au 👀

"I am so sorry..." were Best Friend!Donghyuck's words when you confessed your love to him. You stood there quite in shock, having not expected a rejection as several people, who were so sure that the feeling was mutual, convinced you to ask him out.

"A-ah, no...it's fine really," you awkwardly laughed it off, even though you felt heartbroken inside. "But we are still friends, right?" You decided to ask and he nodded, "of course!"

However, nothing has been the same ever since. You wanted your space for a few days, but those days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months. Donghyuck desperately tried to reach out for you but all you said to him was "I need more time..."

Therefore, one day, the constant tries of Donghyuck talking to you became less and less, it seemed like he has given up. He wouldn't even spare a glance at you, when you walked pass each other. Was he mad? Perhaps. After weeks of getting ignored, who wouldn't be?

You didn't blame him for that. You would be stupid if you did. It was you who pushed him away, not him. It was your fault.

Hii I'm back (not really-) from my unannounced hiatus not that anyone noticed BGLEKFI anyway- I came back for now because it's my 1st anniversary here on Tumblr*\(^o^)/* wohoo it's been one year ever since I wrote my first timestamp here o.o honestly, back then I didn't expect people to actually like my stuff but here I am with 1k cuties🥺 thank you guys🥺💚

"We're finally here!" Your friend exclaimed when you two arrived in Indonesia to help young children in need and to fulfill their wishes. Right after, you made your way to the first destination.

You were told that two other young men were volunteering as well, and that's how you met volunteer!Jaemin.

One day of working with him became two, and then three, and then four, until you were inseparable. Volunteering with him was a lot of fun and both of you were very compassionate and did your best in every volunteering work you did, which also made the great chemistry between you two visible.

Watching Jaemin in the sunlight while playing soccer with the children, caused you to feel butterflies in your stomach. He looked so ethereal to you even with sweat rolling down his face and his slightly damped hair covering his forehead. You didn't know how and why but you knew, you were in love with this man and you weren't going to deny it.

"Is he your boyfriend?" You looked to your side and saw a little girl, who sat down beside you and spoke up. Due to the heat, the blush on your cheeks was barely visible. "A-ah, no, he isn't. We are just friends," you explained to her even though you wished you could have answered with a simple 'yes'. "Do you like him?" She continued to ask.

"Yes, I do. I really do," you were surprised by your own boldness, that it was that easy to say it out loud. Perhaps because he didn't hear it, made it that easy.

"I really like you, too," or so you thought he didn't hear it. However, his answer did not disappoint you. You stood up to properly face Jaemin and gave him a smile, which he gladly returned.

"Do you want to go on a date with me?" With all the gathered courage and confidence, you dared to ask him out first and it was a quite satisfying view to see him all flustered, which caused you to chuckle lightly to yourself.

"I will take you out on several dates, I promise."
