sulsul! while i’m not new to simblr as a whole, this is a brand new account for me! i’d appreciate any likes/reblogs to pass this around. my dash is very inactive at the moment and i’d love to find more people to follow! any and all sim content would be wonderful.

so i haven’t been posting, obviously, but this is the cute lil family i’ve been playing with. i made nathaniel & belle with story mode in CAS, and kinda rolled with it. 

nathaniel is a doctor, via cas. belle is a botanist in the freelance gardener aspiration. these are their babies, tommy & fiona. belle’s currently preggers with baby 3. 

they’re currently  in a 64 tile tiny home that i built, which i’m proud of. but since baby 3 is an oops baby, im gonna have to upgrade them to the 100 tile one soon.

so i just spent the last few hours building a headquarters for “youtube” simmers. there are drones, video stations and cute areas to film different types of videos to upload. however, i just play tested it and it doesn’t let me transfer videos off of the lot’s drones onto the lot’s video stations. it says i have to send the sim home to do that. does anyone know a work around for this? the whole reason i built the lot was because my sim is living in a tiny home with her husband and two toddlers and there is physically no room left in the house for me to put her video station, so i thought a youtube headquarters could be cute :/

tiny living actually has me enjoying building? i think i’ve built three micro home & two tiny homes in the last week. i’ve also started new gameplay using story mode to make the sims, which i’ve never used. i’m having a good time trying these sides of ts4 i haven’t explored before and i’m hoping it’ll motivate me to post again.

lol so i know my blog is basically turning into excuses of why i’m not around/not posting, so sorry. 

december-january is a rough time for me every year, as its the anniversary of a loss, so i pretty much shut down. i have also, once again, stopped taking my meds because i clearly like to make myself suffer. additionally, a friendship between me and a close friend that’s lasted about 7 years has fallen apart recently, and i’m kind of floundering about on how to deal with that. i don’t do well with ~abandonment~. 

the only good news in all this, i guess, is that i am still feeling creative. i’ve been writing quite a bit and was debating making a side blog of snippets of my writing (writeblr, i think they call em?). so, we’ll see what happens with it. 

anyway, there are my excuses for this month! i hope everyone is doing well <3

Simple ways to cheer up the people in this community!!!

If someone posts an ask game, send them a question or two from the list! (Especially if you reblog it from them!!!)

If someone posts a poll or otherwise asks for an opinion on something, make your opinion known! It only takes a few seconds!

If it’s someone’s birthday, wish them a happy birthday, even if you don’t really know them!

If someone makes a personal post about their day and you read it, click the like button! If they don’t receive any notes, they might think that no one saw their post, or (possibly worse) that everyone saw it and no one cared.

If you find a new blog to follow, send them a message saying how much you love their content!

Leave comments on posts, even if it’s just a heart emoji or something like “I love this post/story/sim”!

If you see someone answer a mean anon message, send a positive message to fight that negativity! Praise that simmer whose content and personality you love!

If someone doesn’t seem to feel well, ask them if they’re okay, or tell them that you wish they feel better soon!

These are really basic things that won’t take a lot of your time, but can mean so much to the other person. Of course you can’t do all of these for all the people all the time, but if you have some time to browse your dashboard and do these for even a few people, it still makes a huge difference!

so my caleb x morgyn remakes has turned into something more than it was suppose to. i haven’t written anything fantasy in a long ass time, but i’m feeling very inspired (sorry luna). so, im worldbuilding in campfire and google docs and will probably be focused on this for a while. i’ll probably post random screenies for right now until i have enough figured out for this story to start posting it.
