I don’t think I’ve ever smiled so much or so hard. My dearest sweetest kindest friend got MARRIED! She is an angel sent from the heavens to brighten the life of every person that she ever meets and I am blessed to have known her for the past 11 years. *WOW I’m old*

It was so beautiful, elegant and intimate.  And she was DROP DEAD GORGEOUS! *You were KILLING it girl!*

From the bottom of my heart I wish you the best for this new chapter in your life and this post is dedicated to you.

And as special as your wedding was girl, at every wedding there is always something. Just something. This weddings “something” was that a guest had the GUTS, the AUDACITY, the CONFIDENCE to wear a fully white floor length GOWN to my friend’s wedding. When she walked in… I almost walked out the venue; I was CONVINCED that we were at the wrong wedding. I was so embarrassed that I was crashing this poor unexpecting strangers special day. My sister had to convince me to sit back down and persuade me that we were at the right place. She had to literally drag me back to my seat.

So why, I ask you, was a guest wearing a, let’s call it what it is, a wedding dress? Why? No one Knows! I don’t think the bride noticed. Or if she did she didn’t say anything… TBH even now I am confused.

So here is a public announcement, if this isn’t common sense to you, listen up. Please don’t wear white to a wedding. Please pass the message on, thank you for your cooperation.

The only white that you should be wearing is the white on the inner corner of your eyes, like the following Wedding Makeup Look.
