The last line, yes! That is more accurate!!

I worded it like that cause I was trying to make a point about the bleak bureaucracy of a cold state/agency and the general theme of who owns a body (after death) to make this as depressing as possible x'D But thinking more about it, this was based on how it works in my country, it may be completely different elsewhere.

Of cause it doesn't really matter what Luther's official records say, he will be one of those legends younger agents will talk about for decades (oh shit this will never stop)

I was thinking about whether Luther gets to have a proper grave with a tombstone, or not. Lindsey got one but it looked like she had a big family to release the body to after getting disavowed. Luther dedicated his life to the agency, I doubt there is anyone left to care.

On the other hand, Ethan is now friends with the president? He should be able to pull some strings, bury him and hold a small and intimate funeral service among friends <3
