The 12 Houses Visualized
What mental visuals do you get while imagining the 12 astrological houses? These are mine:
1st - a mirror, a pair of hands from a first person perspective
2nd - piles of gold and silver jewelry, a victorian mansion, a fur coat, an abundant backyard orchard ready to be harvested, getting your nails done at the most expensive salon you could find, a spa day, a limousine, the titanic (prior to sinking lol)
3rd - a library, a slam poetry reading, a facebook argument, a high school debate club, a children's book filled with random trivia and facts, a dictionary, a typewriter, an indie record store
4th - a church congregation, a kind old lady's doll collection, the smell of your mother's perfume on a jacket of hers you're borrowing, a bed made up and ready to sleep on, a relative's house over christmas packed with your family and filled with the aroma of fresh baked cookies
5th - a nightclub, a hot summer day spent in the pool with your friends and family, a teenage girl's room full of band posters and jewelry and makeup, playing with sparklers in pitch darkness, an amusement park ride
6th - a dairy farm, the bustling frantic kitchen of a busy restaurant, a veterinarian's office, the waiting room for a doctors office, a freshly done load of laundry sitting in a basket waiting to be folded
7th - a wedding ring being placed on a finger, a fancy brunch with potential business partners, a track runner handing off a baton to the next runner, a shy high school couple holding hands, a courthouse
8th - a frozen lifeless tundra, a cemetery, a swamp, an antique shop, a crematorium, a charnel ground while a sky funeral takes place, a decaying carcass in the woods being enjoyed by scavengers, an interrogation room, moss and mushrooms, children playing with a ouija board
9th - a professor in the middle of a lecture, ships and boats, the view from the top of mount everest, a monastery, the sistine chapel, the view from out of an airplane window, a graduation ceremony
10th - skyscrapers, a ceo's office, minimalist decor, a busy call center full of cubicles, a fancy invitation to a company party, a suit and tie, the smell of printer paper, the white house
11th - a roaring crowd of revolutionaries, a shooting star, a nuclear weapon detonating, a prospering commune, a virtual reality chatroom, a cult chanting and wailing in unison, the chat on a twitch livestream absolutely blowing up, a community rebuilding their town together after a natural disaster
12th - the bottom of the ocean, the northern lights, a clear view of the milky way galaxy on a cold winter's night, an empty hospital, an abandoned house nearly taken over by nature, a very dusty and quiet old folks home, a bubble bath, a holding cell

Alright, I’m caught up with my asks.
Astro assumptions are open again! Closed at the moment, sorry!
I may not get to them all right away, but I’ll certainly get to them as soon as possible.
Remember my ask rules:
Please send your post as an ask, not a submission.
Try to include your circular birth chart instead of just a listing of placements, it gives me more to read with.
I appreciate it if you say “please” and “thank you,” and like, reblog, or reply to my response post.
I have a tip jar here if you want to make my day.
Also, consider checking out the chart synthesis note taking guide I posted tonight. It was a hell of a lot of work to put that all together.

Hello I’m wondering if your still doing any astrology assumptions based on charts? I have my chart here and I have a few that’s in retrograde! If you do the assumptions thank you so much :))

@silky-moon
My assumptions about your chart: Huuuuggggeeee softie. You are probably even sensitive to bigger, world issues, and things like injustice or unfairness in the world can sometimes really bother you on a personal level.
You sometimes having trouble articulating yourself, especially since your thoughts and ideas tend to be pretty lofty and out-there.
You'd make an excellent travel blogger, or fare well in a place far away from your hometown, especially overseas. You might have trouble establishing your roots and settling down in one particular place, or find it hard to expand in life. Always looking for greener pastures.

hi!! id love to see your interpretations of my birth chart :) thank u so much <33
@dongsookies
My assumptions about your chart are: You're funny, find it easy to fit in with most crowds, but you tend to go by the book, you're careful about your reputation and how much you let people know about you.
Nobody would ever expect you to be sensitive upon first meeting you, but you are.

FINAL NOTES
SIGNIFICANT ATTRIBUTES OF THE CHART
Fire/Earth dominant, water void, predominantly mutable, weakest mode is cardinal, chart pattern is undefined but most similar to locomotive, moon phase is waning gibbous, only retrograde planet is Mercury which is in its detriment, Uranus sole dispositor, Uranus in its own sign, Uranus is the most aspected planet and in conjunction with chart ruler, Saturn is stationary and in fall, Sun unaspected, 10th house stellium, Saturn-Mars mutual reception by sign, Saturn-Neptune mutual reception by house, strongest planet overall is Saturn, strongest sign overall is Aquarius, strongest house overall is the 10th, most common aspect is conjunction, void of oppositions, concentration in quadrant 4 (southeastern hemisphere, houses 10-12), quadrant 1 (northeastern hemisphere - houses 1-4) is empty, moon is conjunct north node, closest aspect overall is Uranus sextile Pluto, closest aspect involving a personal planet is Mercury sextile Jupiter, chart ruler is a part of a stellium
Uranus has a dominant influence being the sole dispositor, the ruling planet of the most abundant sign, being in its own sign, and in conjunction with the chart ruler Mercury is impaired being in its detriment, being retrograde, and in a square with the moon Sun is unaspected Saturn has a very dominant and possibly malefic influence being in its fall, stationary, in the 12th house, in a mutual reception by sign with Mars Mutual reception by house between Saturn and Neptune The sphere of the public eye is emphasized, with a stellium in the 10th and the primarily occupied quadrant being the 4th/southeastern hemisphere Chart ruled by Venus, which is in the 10th in Aquarius and conjunct Neptune, Uranus, and Mars Sun ruler is in Aquarius in its native house Moon and Jupiter in their esoteric rulerships (both sign and house) Completely void of water for sign placements, completely void of fire placements for houses Void of oppositions
INFO ON NOTABLE FEATURES OF CHART
Positive characteristics of the stellium include: concentrated energy, focus, genius, talent, self-motivation, sense of direction and purpose, and single mindedness. Negative characteristics include: narrowness, obsession, overemphasis, imbalance, self-centeredness, difficulty compromising, and lack of objectivity. Planets in a stellium normally act a unit, giving extraordinary emphasis to the sign and/or house in which they are placed. In this case, the planets involved are Venus, Mars, Uranus, and Neptune, three of them in Aquarius and all of them in the 10th. A stationary planet indicates a powerful focus or concentration of energy which may dominate all other planetary energies in a chart because of its compulsive or obsessive nature. A person may easily become stuck in a pattern of expressing this particular planet in a blind and rigid manner, at the expense of satisfying other parts of his or her personality; on the other hand, he or she may use its concentrated energy to achieve in whatever house it functions in the chart. Saturn is stationary in Aries in the 12th. An unaspected planet, a planet which makes no major aspects to other planets in the chart, is of particular significance because of its lack of integration with the rest of the chart. Frequently, it operates autonomously and automatically, in a disconnected and compulsive manner, driving a person to express its one particular planetary energy without regard for the other sides of his or her nature. At other times, its expression remains latent, cut off from the self-image and self-expression. Sun is unaspected. A mutual reception occurs when one planet is located in another planet's sign, and the second planet is located in the first planet's sign. The mutual reception has the power and meaning of a conjunction, with additional advantages that the conjunction doesn't have. Each planet in a mutual reception is capable of functioning within the sign and house of the other planet; its influence is not limited to the house in which it is placed and the house which it rules. This additional avenue of expression means that a connection is established between the planets, signs, and houses involved in a mutual reception, a connection which allows them to operate together and which aids in the resolution and harmonious expression of any discordant aspects existing between them. In this case, the planets involved in this mutual reception by sign are Saturn in Aries in the 12th, and Mars in Aquarius in the 10th. They do not make an aspect. There is also a mutual reception by house between Saturn and Neptune. This chart has the most conjunctions of any aspect. People who have conjunctions predominating in their charts are highly focused, able to lose themselves in their own concerns and operate with little external motivation. They are capable of single minded concentration, but may also tend to lose perspective and venture into narrow or blind alley, benefiting little from the influence of others. This chart lacks oppositions. A lack of oppositions indicates people who are in touch with themselves and are not dependent upon others to express the qualities which they have not developed. However, because they are so highly subjective and content with a somewhat simplistic view of themselves and their personal relationships, they can benefit from deepening their understanding and broadening their perspective. This chart is water void. Traits often present in water void charts include: controlled, unresponsive, insecure, closed, impersonal, out of touch. These people frequently turn to spiritual realms or universal truths in an attempt to find meaning in their lives, or to fill the emotional vacuum which their personal relationships are unable to fill. Their difficulty remaining in touch with and expressing their feelings may lead them to form relationships with overly emotional people or to become addicted to excitement and intensity.
How to Take Notes for Chart Synthesis
Here is a blank template you can use to fill out and to figure out what attributes of a chart are the most prominent, to help you get an idea of how to read a chart from a more “big-picture” perspective.
I had uploaded this previously, though there were some major formatting errors from trying to post it on mobile, so here it finally is looking the way it should!
I’ll later upload an example using my own chart with this template, and show you my resulting notes, so you can have an example to help you understand how to use this. Stay tuned for that.
You will need:
A chart image generated with your accurate time, date, and location of birth, which includes aspects or an aspect table.
A printer, word processor, notebook, or something else to fill out the tables below
Necessary vocab: Aspect: The angle created between two planets placed on a chart Nadir: The angle opposite of the Midheaven; often also called the IC Descendant: The angle opposite the Ascendant Orb: How close an aspect is; the number of degrees away from being an exact aspect Stationary: A planet in your chart that was not moving forward or backward; it’s paused in its orbit Retrograde: When a planet moves backwards in its orbit Mutual reception: When two planets are in each other’s signs of rulership; there can also be a mutual reception by house Aspect configurations: A shape formed by several planetary aspects in a chart. For example, one of the most common aspect patterns is called a T-square, in which two planets forming a square to a third are also joined to one another by an opposition. Some others include the grand trine, grand cross, yod, mystic rectangle, etc
SCORING Sun/Moon: 2 points each. Everything else: 1 point each. This totals 14 possible points.

Hii ! I would like to know about my financial status and career
@breakinggood999
Ok, I don't normally answer these when they're sent as a submission, so if someone else sends a chart ask as one again, it'll be deleted.
You have Saturn in the second opposite Mars and Pluto. I feel like you'll probably not marry a very wealthy partner. You have trouble staying motivated and on-track when you want something. Sometimes it's easier for you to just make other people do things for you, so while you'll likely actually turn out to be financially stable later in life, you have to try your best not to exploit other people or use your charm to get your way. You'll have to get over your internal struggle with structure and planning if you want to earn your own way in life.
Also, with Neptune conjunct the Midheaven, some good careers for you would be ones of an esoteric nature such as a psychic, tarot reader, or astrologer, but also careers in psychology/psychiatry, working with elderly patients, working as a drug counselor, or anything highly artistic and creative. Anything that involves aspects of life that are normally hidden, or are dreamlike, or involve the subconscious mind. This placement also can make for a good social media manager; anything that involves putting forth an image.

hey!! Do you mind giving me a reading on my birth chart please? Thank you :)
Yeah, send me a chart image you made on astro.com or your birth date, exact time, and place if you want one.
(Not accepting new requests at the moment but you sent this before I closed them!)

Hi, I don’t know if you still do this, but do you have any assumptions about mine? Thank you.
@heymissy221b
To many people, you appear as a very friendly, extroverted person, though with a bit of a temper. You don't really hide the type of person you are; what you see is what you get.
However, on a deeper and more emotional level, you're very very closed off, and it's difficult to get to know you in that sense.
You have taste in music, art, food, hobbies, and so forth that might seem a bit eccentric to other people. You may have unconventional goals in life -- the type of person to want to travel the world, and to go against the grain and do things your own way.
As generally open minded as you are, you can be prone to stubbornness. You're the type of person to understand where someone else is coming from completely, and understand why they would think/feel that on a solely intellectual level, and simply disregard their opinion anyway because you already feel like you've got the right idea of what's going on.

Hi :D! Can you please do assumptions about my chart? (Also I would like to know what type of person I am and what type of job I should go for if possible) Thank You! <:)

@telleye
You're definitely a real go-getter, and once you feel motivated to do something, you're unlikely to stop until it's finished to your liking.
I feel like you enjoy the idea of having relationships more than actually having them. You're very picky with lovers and close partners for things in general.
You're the type of person who did all of the work when put in a group in school, while everyone else fooled around.
I think you'd make a good lawyer, or some kind of public speaker. Possibly a social worker of some kind, or even a therapist -- just so long as you can keep yourself from getting angry or upset at the mistreatment of other people you might encounter on the job.

-a personal planet/placement at 5 degrees in a chart can suggest short term fame
-a personal planet/placement at 17 or 29 degrees in a chart can suggest long term fame

Important, Significant and Unique Birth Chart Conditions
Planets making exact aspects by degree (O˚ orb or difference of separation) like in chart #1 with Venus 11˚ conjunct Mars in Leo 11˚
Planets within 10˚ of the angular houses (1st, 4th, 7th, 10th) like in example#2 where Uranus is 16˚ Sagittarius and the 4th house cusp is 25˚)
The Sun in opposition to the Moon (Full Moon) or the Sun conjunct Moon (New Moon)
Planets making no aspects (unaspected planets) like in chart#3 where the Sun in Aquarius is sitting by itself
Signs in their own ruling planet (Mars in Aries and Scorpio, Venus in Taurus and Libra, Mercury in Gemini and Virgo, Moon in Cancer, Sun in Leo, Pluto in Scorpio, Jupiter in Sagittarius, Saturn in Capricorn and Aquarius, Uranus in Aquarius, Jupiter and Neptune in Pisces)
Planets that form a Mutual Reception occurring when two signs reside in one another’s ruling planet and share or exchange energies out of benefice … for example, if The Sun is in Aquarius and Saturn is in Leo a mutual reception occurs because the Sun rules Leo and Saturn rules Aquarius and we interpret this as the Sun being in Leo and Saturn in Aquarius
Aspect Patterns such as Grand Trines, Grand Crosses, Grand Squares, T-squares, and strong oppositions such as the Grand Fire Trine in chart#4
Stelliums (4+ planets in the same sign or house) shown in chart#5 where Venus, Moon, Jupiter, and Mars are conjunct in Leo in the 3rd house
The ‘Splay’ chart temperament type or a chart configurations that adhere to no pattern or temperament type
Planet with the most aspects, or planets stimulated exclusively by the harsh aspects like conjuncts, squares, and oppositions example#6, and focal point planets that filter the chart such as the handle planet in the bucket chart
One planet solely occupying a complete hemisphere like in chart#7 where the only sign in the West is Saturn in Scorpio in the 7th house

which placements/ signs tells you if you instantly click?
Instant Clicking/Attraction in Synastry [Platonic or Romantic]
URANUS to any angle/point. Especially in hard/harmonious aspect. [Seriously this planet is the biggest indicator of that instantaneous/out of the blue vibe. Uranus is unpredictability. Surprises. Shake-ups. Touching a sensitive point, two people will not be able to ignore the energy]
Sun conjunct rising
Sun in 1st house [overlay]
Venus conjunct rising
Venus in 1st house [Overlay]
Venus conjunct/trine/opposite/sextile/square Uranus
Sun, moon, rising, or Venus conjunct other person’s descendant/south node for that “I knew you from another life” vibe.
Ascendant conjunct North Node for “instant” recognition. Will usually feel like the other person was meant to be part of your life
8th house overlays [believe it or not, especially if in harmonious aspect] will feel magnetic
Pluto conjunct the ascendant
North node in harmonious aspect or conjunct moon
Sun/Moon [Yin/Yang]
Moon/Moon [Your moon is extremely important. Never overrated. Highly sensitive point so if two people’s moons are aspecting or conjunct. emotions will be paired/in sync.]
Note: Look for tight orbs [0 to 3/4]. This will usually tell you how strong the “pull” will be between two people. Hard aspects allowance up to 5 degrees.
#i absolutely agree with this#sun conjunct rising is a HUGE one#as well as sun/moon aspects#compatibility#learn astrology
