Today is also the Battle of Hogwarts.
Y’know, I’m not one for mushy crap in general (that’s probably the one thing me and Dean have in common), but today is a really special day. Today, May 2nd, in the year of my Dad 1983, a second son was born to Mary and John Winchester of Lawrence, Kansas. This kid would grow up to be one of the smartest, bravest, and tallest men I’ve ever known. He’s saved the world a few times, and he’s literally been to Hell and back and if that isn’t pretty damn impressive, I don’t know what is. And I’m so extraordinarily lucky to call him mine. I don’t know how he manages to put up with me, but he does and I really can’t put into words how much I love this shaggy moose of a guy. So, what I’m really trying to say is:
Happy Birthday, Sam.
