this is probably petty as shit but every time someone's first reply to any of my prompts invents some shit that isn't true about the prompt i dc. like the prompt says its daytime. it literally mentions the sun. don't say its nighttime suddenly ???

just to expand on what i mean:

"my character ends off the last reply with gripping the rope they want to use to get out the window, which is what they've been wanting to do, and their reply mentions that their character waits until mine is almost to the ground" -> reasonable extrapolation, the Only extrapolation, lets me reply in kind

"my character ends off the last reply trying to climb out the window and their reply has their character pulling mine in, going through an entire slapstick fight, and then assumes that my character will stop fighting at some point to finish the reply" -> takes the extrapolation too far, doesn't give me a chance to actually do anything in response to the initial action, strongarms me into a scenario

god if there's anything i hate in this world it's godmodding. like theres a difference between "we've rped for long enough to basically gauge when to infer whether a hit lands for a fight scene or something to keep up the momentum" vs "just controlling my fucking character for me from the jump". like yea obvs my character wasn't gonna be strong enough to break free but give me a chance to actually figure out a response to being grabbed rather than just assuming and finishing the fight right when it starts. jesus

It means that whenever I agree to rp DaveJade or DaveRezi 9/10 if I'm playing Dave they play their girl as a weird submissive infantilized uwu version of canon or if I'm playing the girl they play their Dave as ultra suave and cool and in possession of a bitchbreaker cock or whatever.

literally the only times i have actually enjoyed an m/f rp are if they're 1) t4t, 2) bi4bi, or 3) not even the main couple and are hinted at in the main couple's bisexual backstory. and even then I have NEVER run into an m/f Terezi rper that plays her even a fraction as unsettling and freaky and calculating as she canonically is.
