One of my favorite STARSET music videos. In five minutes, it gives more plot and emotion than some movies. Enjoy, and if you ever get to see them live, do it. Their concerts are called "demonstrations" for a reason!

Starting with the basics: ee is a red horse. EE or Ee is a black horse. EE or Ee with AA or Aa (agouti) is a bay.
Flaxen liver chestnut is ee (red) with a flaxen modifier. Liver chestnut is just a shade of red, genetically there's no difference between a bright sorrel/chestnut and a liver. The flaxen gene has no effect on black-based colors, which include bay.
Silver dapple is ZZ or Zn on EE or Ee (black) or EE Ee with Aa or AA (agouti, or bay). The Z gene has no effect on ee.
I can't find any basis for a genetic difference between "mealy" and "pangare".
Flaxen chestnut is the same genetically as our flaxen liver at the beginning, ee with the flaxen modifier. Flaxen is not completely understood and is potentially polygenetic.
Palomino is another red base, ee, with a single copy of the cream gene, Cr/n. Cream does effect black based horses, including bays.
As I mentioned above, cream modifies bays, as we see with the perlino. A perlino is what's known as a double dilute. This horse is Ee or EE, AA or Aa, CrCr, having two copies of the cream gene. Cream is incomplete dominant, meaning one copy does a little, while two copies do more.
Champagne is another color modifying gene, however, it is not incomplete dominant. It impacts all coat colors, red, black, and bay. There's no way, other than genetic testing or breeding two homozygotes, to tell if a horse is Ch/Ch or Ch/n. Amber champagne is champagne on a bay, meaning this horse is EE or Ee, AA or Aa, Ch/Ch or Ch/n.
Dun is a fascinating gene that has several methods of expression and different genes working together. It can cause coat dilution, much like the champagne or cream gene, and also causes "primitive markings", such as a dorsal stripe and leg barring. Any base color can be dun or display primitive markings. On this pictured fellow, you can see the barring on his hind legs just above the hocks. He is either DD or Dd, and also carries the nd1 gene for primitive markings. EE or Ee, AA or Aa, DD or Dd, nd1/n or nd1/nd1.
Buckskin is our friend the cream gene again, this time on a bay. This is another single copy expression. If he had two copies, he'd be the same as the perlino above. So he is EE or Ee, AA or Aa, Cr/n.
Horse coat colors are visually similar, but they're distinct in their genetics. All of these coat colors can be tested for, as well, by sending hair with root attached to one of several reputable genetic labs, like UC Davis. Generally, if you know the colors of the parents, you can figure out what color your horse is.
Horse colors are easy. For example, the left horse is flaxen liver chestnut and the right horse is silver dapple

Left is mealy and right is pangaré

Left is flaxen chestnut and right is dark palomino

Left is perlino and right is amber champagne

Left is dun and right is buckskin

Like I said, easy!

Why did you give the last of your food to that poorly disguised mimic? You were finally at peace with letting go, but now this odd thing won’t leave you alone and is even turning itself into various items in an attempt to aid you.

Camel fact: They're incredibly flexible and can kick in any direction. You are not safe from a camel kick just because you're standing in front or to the side

When I made this I didn't know that there was a Tron 3 coming out. I just thought neon lights would look cool and be easy to photoshop (and I was right).
I edited this pic. And then I decided to edit this pic for individual flags.
And here's a blank/transparent version for all the flags I missed.
