To be honest finding the drive to take care of my collection lately has been difficult but thankfully mine are understanding 😅 Took some photos during feeding time!
My philodendron Brasil is really filling in. I would like to prop her again to get another vine in when I repot it. Originally I got a long cutting for a dollar from FB marketplace. Although I made one long cutting into several cuttings, I hadn't done it properly. Out of all of it I had three cuttings with a single leaf each that had rooted. Although I do believe one of the three has not grown, the other two have taken off. The color pattern is neat. If it is not a Brasil please correct me, it was labeled as that at sale.
Another picture of my Marble Queen because she is beautiful and I love her. Probably going to take a couple cuttings soon as I wasn't able to trellis them in the way I wanted.
My Ficus Shivereana (Moonshine) has grown tall! Definitely one of my favorite big plants. This is one I hope to keep until I'm old if not till I die 🤷🏻‍♀️
Last but not least, little baby philodendron Birkin! So cute and still growing away. I'd like to sell her but I have no idea what someone would pay. In the meantime I enjoy having a tiny little Philo in the collection.

I propagated my Moonshine Sansevieria (Snake Plant) in January. Now, in late July, it finally has sprouted a baby! The baby is not the succulent prop, which was added maybe a month or so ago as I was lazy and didn't want to plant it on its own. I wonder if it helped the snake plant grow. I am so excited to have a new baby snake plant!

My Epipremnum Marble Queen 👸🏻
I took two cuttings from her back in January and she is flourishing! The propagation I ended up gifting to my son's favorite teacher that also collects plants. My plan is to let her climb this trellis. There are a couple of good cuttings I could take that I don't think would affect that plan but I will let them grow out a little more to see if I can attach them without it being too bushy. As I type this I wonder if I should just use a taller trellis 🤔

I love to pick up seeds when i do a trip...You can see little oaks from Prague . I found them near the castle of Prague. Oaks are like pinus of Toscane. The form.😁😉

To celebrate my one year anniversary for this blog, here are some "then and nows"! Because I only started collecting seriously a year ago, all of the shots from last year are when I brought them home 🥰

My "Angel Wing" Begonia Maculata. I have had it since March (so four months) and it has tripled if not quadrupled in size! I would like to make another plant with the offshoots as well as take some cuttings. That way when I repot her I can trellis her appropriately to get another big bushy version. There is a vision ✨🙌🏻

Updates: Moonshine Philodendron is still having a good time. It's grown so much in just a year!
Hoya Wayetti Tricolor is getting bushy. My Dragon Scale Alocasia is looking awesome. Its leaves that come in now are huge. I love the color.
Lastly my Thai Con! It has a new leaf that unfortunately tore while unraveling. With the repot and moving around it's not too alarming to see a hint of struggle. I think she might be a bit. If anything I would say she is under watered but I don't see the other symptoms that I normally do. This leads me to wonder if it is a humidity issue, especially with the new leaf. Regardless, it did look legitimately wrapped up in itself and sometimes these things just happen.
It's so exciting to see the progress in my collection 💚

There will never be too many pictures of my boobie cactus 🤩
I'm so happy with her. She just keeps growing taller and taller! I'm really happy I was able to find this one, especially having it already be potted in a soil mix. It's really helped me ensure I'm not over or under watering her.

My plant room is liveable again! 😅
My grow stuff started piling up in the room everywhere. There wasn't any room to actually sit and enjoy it. I still have plants that don't quite have spaces but I do plan on selling a bunch at my garage sale at the end of the month.
It is so much more open, organized, and visibly comfortable. I'm not 100% happy with the location of the lights and going down to one humidifier, but it will have to do for now until I get more space for plants.
I did end up chopping the new leaf growing on my pink princess philodendron as they continue to be all pink and I just needed her to stop growing for a second so I can repot her. I really don't know what I want to do with her. She has gotten so tall and the pink keeps browning so fast because I need to repot her but I'm not sure if that's going to make her happy enough to keep her pink.
I may end up moving the girls around a bit more, we shall see!

Finally transplanted the Green Unicorn pups today. They will be available for purchase in a couple of weeks! It looks like the one on the left has some sport variegation as well!
I stopped at the nursery on the way home and found a plant on my wishlist: an Alocasia Odora Batik! She is so freaking beautiful. Used the money I made selling the other pups I grew to buy her with 🥰 It feels amazing having a hobby that can help pay for itself, as well as I get to create life for people to have in their homes.

My first Alocasia babies are on their way to their new home! My coworker purchased them for his hair stylist to celebrate her sobriety anniversary. I fully support that and I am so glad they can help symbolize something so beautiful!
