Getting a different view of Portugal with an unexpected extension to my stay as my husband was taken ill and is in hospital over here with pneumonia. Looking after myself has become even more important and swimming has become my morning meditation. Some "me time" on the beach... On holiday with other people it can be easy to feel like you need to fit other people's agenda the whole time. Doing that can leave you going home feeling like you need another holiday. So today I did only what I wanted to do and let everyone else do the same. No guilt required.
