Gale lost in the largest lingerie section in Faerûn.

So I remade Auriel because it had been so long since I visited her playthrough! (And I missed Act 1)

Guess it’s time to come up with another Get to Know sheet😅

So I finally finished Baldur’s Gate 3 and it has been a journey. I cried at the end, and then I was sad the next day because I felt a little empty after completing it. But alas, I felt immense satisfaction from finishing the game, and I’m happy I did!

I also definitely have to recon Saran’s changes after the course of the game. Act 3 had me stressed out, so I decided to pick options that reflected that in her character. But I like to think she came out of her journey as more assertive and comfortable in a leadership role. I’ll explain it in another post😅

Lastly, I finally came up with a name for Saran and Gale, took me forever because I had no idea what would fit. Therefore, I have settled upon:

Good news: I am SO close to finishing my first BG3 playthrough I can taste it!

Bad news: Gonna have to recon Saran’s epilogue a bit because there’s no way she didn’t just change a little bit over the course of this adventure.

Neutral news: Why the fuck don’t the Gondians have any kind of will to live???

Better news: Wulren Bongle is DONE (I didn’t kill him but I definitely make sure he understood that if he kept trying me I would.)

Favorite Weapon: her fists, since she's a monk she's very skilled in martial arts hand to hand combat

Style of Combat: offensive mostly, although she can weight out a situation well it isn't unusual for her to throw the first punch or kick

Most Prized Possession: when she joined a temple for monk training as a young teenager she gave up all possessions

Deepest Desire: as much as she tells herself she wishes as a monk to achieve enlightenment, deep down she wants to live her life free with Astarion

Guilty Pleasure: sometimes she just wants to let her hair down and be wild for a night, but her strong sense of self-discipline she constantly fights with

Best-Kept Secret: her past relationship with Rhol (now Queen Rhol the Despoiler)

Greatest Strength: her perseverance and empathy

Fatal Flaw: very naive and at times quick to anger

Favorite Smell: scent of jasmine and eucalyptus

Favorite Spell or Cantrip: she doesn't know spells, mostly ki actions

Pet Peeve: the condescending way her mother's side of the family speaks to her

Bad Habit: when she needs her space for meditations, she can get easily irritated when she is interrupted

Hidden Talent: part of her wishes she was a bard, she can play the drums pretty well, and is also good at lanceboard

Leisure Activity: meditation, nature walks and (light) training/exercise

Favorite Drink: to her nothing beats fresh mountain spring water

Comfort Food: vegetable soup with extra tofu

Favorite Person: Astarion (her dad and grandma are also up there lol)

Syraela Thaterel / Half-Elf / Cleric of Selûne / She/Her / 21

What’s your Tavs…

Favorite Weapon: Blood of Lathander (Although she’d prefer a mace from Selûne, she won’t refuse a blessing!)

Style of Combat: Defensive/Support; Syraela has never been much of a fighter, but she was always a damn good cleric. She will keep her allies healed and distract enemies if someone else can do the heavy hitting.

Most Prized Possession: A pair of lapis lazuli earrings that were gifted to her by her mother after she succeeded in her Selûnite Rite of Passage.

Deepest Desire: She has dreams of gaining the position of a high priestess at her temple. It would be the HIGHEST honor!

Guilty Pleasure: Syraela secretly admires ancient Sharran temples. She has no love for the goddess, but she admires the architectural handiwork of her followers.

Best-Kept Secret: Admiration for Shadowheart before she became a Selûnite. She doesn’t agree with her faith, but considering Shadowheart is the first companion she gains, she accepts it. But she also respects her for being proud of her faith despite it not being ideal.

Greatest Strength: Her faith. Syraela lives by Selûne’s teaching and sees the good in everyone. In her words, “The Moonmaiden’s light will help them find their path.”

Fatal Flaw: She takes people at face value, someone who seems good is good and someone who seems bad has the capacity for good. She lets her better judgement of people blind her to evil or dark characteristics.

Favorite Smell: Citrus scents and honey

Favorite Spell or Cantrip: Spirit Guardians (Radiant)

Pet Peeve: People who believe that violence is the best/only way. This is the main reason why she bumps head with La’zael so much early on.

Bad Habit: Tends to talk to herself a lot, although she doesn’t view it as a bad habit. The others have varying opinions though.

Hidden Talent: Silver tongue. Syraela herself doesn’t understand it, but she is quite convincing. If she was raised among nobility, it’s quite possible she could’ve been an ambassador or representative.

Leisure Activity: Syraela enjoys cooking! She’s no master chef, but she has some skills. (She also gets lessons from Gale!)

Favorite Drink: Moonslake (An alcoholic apple cider that she tried from a halfling friend, she doesn’t indulge often but she loves it!)

Comfort Food: Faerûnian Fried Rice (Her mother makes it the best!)

Favorite Person: Wyll Ravenguard (Especially after their dance😉)

Favorite Display of Affection (Platonic and/or Romantic): Words of affirmation is her main way of showing affection to her friends as she believes in them. Romance is new for her, Wyll is really her first and last love. But she finds that she likes holding his hand and kissing his cheek the most.

Fondest Childhood Memory: The celebration following the successful completion of her Rite of Passage. Celebrating with her fellow Selûnites and her mom was one of the best nights of her life.

Writing is taking a long time

How about some sweet thoughts of Wyll-

He defends you, taking every blow to keep you safe. He laughs it off like you needed saving and says you are too important to lose. He winks at you and chases off after the enemy. You shake your head, but something in the way he speaks has your face bright red.

He leaves wild flowers at your tent each night and plays oblivious to how they got there. He takes the time to figure out your favorites, the colors that bring out the highlights in your eyes, the ones that made you smile the biggest. He claims he does this to show respect and appreciation, but even after a while, he realizes the truth.

He continues to court you, his affection more obvious as the days go by. He no longer worries about his fiendish appearance and feels confident by your side. He dances with you, his hands always needing to touch you. He craves being close to you and bumps into you often.

He knew before you did that you loved him. Your face lights up when he's around, even if he is some half-blind devil. You still look at him with the same soft expression as always, your sweet voice making his heart beat faster.

He pulls you away to his tent when you confess to him, his need to kiss and taste you too intense for him to ignore. He leaves no part of your skin without his touch, his mouth moving over your shoulders slowly. He smiles as you blurt out your love for him and nods as you list the specifics, his hands slowly undressing you.
