Hi :) I’m Riss

Welcome to my MCU fanfic sideblog. My main blog is @wilder-minded, where I reblog mostly MCU with a little bit of other fandoms sprinkled in (Criminal Minds, Hunger Games, SVU, etc).

I am planning to begin posting my TFAWS!Bucky x Reader multi-chapter fic that I have been planning out and working on for a while. I will also be posting it on my AO3 account, though there it will be an OC.

That said, I am 26 and this blog will be 18+ only. No minors are permitted to read my works, especially the NSFW/Smut chapters.

I also do not give permission for any of my written works to be reposted or translated anywhere.

For the fanfic (Without Fear), there will be oneshots posted that correspond with the backstory posted intermittently to help develop the plot without having an unnecessary number of chapters that don't include our favorite pisces former assassin. (Let's be honest, he's what we're all here for).

Before I could say anything, John Walker shot me a grin, tossing up a hand in a brief wave. “Y/N! I’ve been wanting to talk to you,” he said as I stopped at the curb.

“Good, that makes both of us. And it’s Y/L/N,” I corrected, slipping my phone into my back pocket. He was bold for attempting such familiarity with me.

“I was looking forward to meeting you in Munich, but our rides must have missed each other,” he grinned, the curve of his expression nearly a smirk. “You’re working with Sam, government contracts, right?”

I raised an eyebrow slightly, not offering a confirmation. “I’ve been wondering exactly what you did. Your work with Stark Industries was kept confidential, but you worked under Maria Hill at SHIELD, isn’t that right? You were close with Steve, even on the run before the Blip,” he remarked.

“What concern do you have with my resume?” I questioned, crossing my arms over my torso.

“I was just trying to get a feel for your skill set. I think you could be valuable to the work we’re doing,” Walker explained, nodding toward Hoskins before gesturing with his hand toward the precinct where Sam and Bucky sat in with Dr. Raynor.

“Let’s get one thing clear,” I nearly spat, a quiet rage seething under the surface as my eyes narrowed. “I don’t work for you. Neither do they.”

Walker scoffed slightly, his eyes glancing to Hoskins as I stepped off the curb toward him. “And if you refer to James as an asset again, you’ll find out just how specific my skill set is,” I threatened, my voice lowering just enough that he and his friend could hear.
