Government buildings and "established" businesses (banks, law firms, utilities) tended to be centrally located when busses/trains/trolleys existed, but as urban sprawl began from post-WW2 creation of a market for cars/suburbs/nuclear families there needed to be more places to put cars.

(I suppose you could call me melodramatic for saying "graves", but my hometown was expanding a rail-line a few years ago, and construction had to stop due to the discovery of a black neighborhood that had been burned down during one of the race riots to the point where no records remained of it's existence.)

The appearance of Grok chats in search engine results was first reported by tech industry publication Forbes, which counted more than 370,000 user conversations on Google. Among chat transcripts seen by the BBC were examples of Musk's chatbot being asked to create a secure password, provide meal plans for weight loss and answer detailed questions about medical conditions. Some indexed transcripts also showed users' attempts to test the limits on what Grok would say or do. In one example seen by the BBC, the chatbot provided detailed instructions on how to make a Class A drug in a lab.

It's unclear when it was coined, but "black moon" is an unofficial astronomical term. A new moon is considered by some to be a black moon one of two ways.
