me: and i live 20 minutes away!

coworker: yup that’s about how long it takes me

me: you should add rocket launchers on your bike

there’s two stations at my work and because of reasons, the back station can’t be left unattended EVER, and i’m currently stuck at that station during the eclipse so a convo i had with my coworker went something like this:

me: can you switch with me during the eclipse for just a second so i can see it? 🥺

coworker: nah, i’ll watch it and just tell you about it later 😌

me: FINE then when it’s my turn up there i won’t switch with you ALL DAY and you’ll be STUCK BACK HERE 😤

coworker: you mean YOU will?
