You guys have to understand that the time skip is over one year and none of them have seen Friede since, if you can't tell but at the end of EP89 you can tell that Liko hasn't been getting very good sleep in the past year and it keeps getting to her. Ann even says something like "Havent been getting enough sleep? You keep spacing out" Liko is probably still processing that Friede actually died. ITS BEEN A WHOLE YEAR. The anime takes place in Likos POV.

Dot probably wont be on the journey as much with them either because she could also be processing everything too. In episode 41 Dot did mention that she used to be in a really bad state in her life, so after everything that happened with Friede it may have came back. The headphones she wears in her future design may be for cancelling out noises or for autism.

Ult also doesnt like Liko that much if you can't tell, Liko is just trying her best.

I am also still trying to process that Friede is dead.
