NGL i wanna touch up on the expelled part bc it just reminded of Pjo, and how Percy and other demigods would get expelled from school cause of their disabilities (+other things) 😭🙏

Like Billy genuinely wouldn’t know how to read, he stopped going to school before he could really learn anything. Sooo i propose Billy as a dyslexic little kid, who struggles with understanding he’s dyslexic and just assumes he’ll never be able to read. BUT I also propose that how the demigod kids could read in Greek. So Billy can deadass read in Greek, and he’s like so confused at first. Like, “Wth I thought I couldn’t read what the hell is this???” He later shrugs it off, cause he’s happy he can read even if it’s not English.

But also Billy is like a little street kid, he doesn’t have no filter in his regular form(unlike CM bc he wants to be a good example since he’s like more of a scout boy than superboy) so he would not take any shit from the kids who would try to bully him (possibly even teachers who throw snarky remarks but he’s a respectful lil guy who tries to be nice to adults even if they’re mean to him.)

😭 he tries to pay attention, and understand but can’t even process what’s actually going on, so he would end up being an easy target for those weird mean teachers who just don’t have patience for kids who are slower to understand the topics, and just need more help. He would try to be on his best behavior but ultimately he comes to the terms that school really isn’t for him, he rather learn hands on with his Gods backing him up and teaching him.

School

Billy hasn’t gone to school in years. naturally, he’s curious about others experiences with it.

Marvel: “You’ve gone to school?”

Flash: “Yes? You sound surprised about that?”

Marvel: “What’s it like at school?”

Flash: “It’s boring. Really boring.”

Marvel: *sounds disappointed* “Oh.”

GL: “Cap, have you never gone to school before?”

Marvel: “Nope!”

Flash: “Not even in Ancient Greece? You were born around that time, right?”

Marvel: “What? No??”

GL and Flash: *share a look*

GL: “Cap, how old are you?”

Marvel: “Chronologically?”

Flash: “Yes?”

Marvel: “It’s between 92 and a hundred thousand.”

GL: “That uh… doesn’t really give us much to work with, man.”

Marvel: “Let’s just go with 92.”

Flash: “So you’re saying that during your 92 years of living, possibly more, you’ve never even stepped foot into a school?”

Marvel: “Well, I went all the way up until I was eight.”

GL: “That doesn’t really make it better.”

Flash: “Maybe we can work something out with Black Canary?”

Marvel: “What?”

Flash: “Well, she manages the kids on the team. She tells them to go to school and stuff so who’s to say she couldn’t find a way to make you go to school too? She’s resourceful like that.”

That’s how Billy ended up going to school as Marvel while shapeshifted into Billy.

Flash and GL: *dropping Billy off at a school in their civies*

GL: “You’re such a cute kid, man!” *pinches his cheek*

Marvel: “Dude, stop!” *slaps his hand away*

GL: “Alright alright, fine.”

Flash: “Have a good day at school!”

Later…

Flash, GL, Marvel: *all walking to a zeta tube while munching on hotdogs*

Flash: “So, Cap- er Mark, how was school?”

Marvel: *takes a bite so he can chew in silence for a bit* “I got expelled.”

Flash and GL: “WHAT?!”

Honestly yes, I cry and scream about it cause what do mean it doesn’t already exist and now I have to make it myself?

Okay so you know I still get notifications whenever someone likes this post I made a whole year ago. Today I decided hm imma check the reblogs, and saw this. Even though this reblog was a few months ago, I decided I just wanted to respond to it.

Okay one weird assumption that the art I’m talking about, or the art the person you’re responding to, is made by a white person? Even then Poc artists can also do harmful stereotypes to Poc characters. It’s not just white people, that is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen.

Two, it’s not weird to ship two minors together as long as you’re not drawing, writing or reading them engage in sexual activities. It’s literally common in majority of fandoms, especially if the main cast is made up of minors, so. Also doesn’t matter if the characters you ship are adults or minors, harmful stereotypes can still be casted upon them? What you said literally makes no sense, because you also said it can be easily overcome especially if you’re not a Disney fan? That literally makes no sense because once again a lot of consumed media especially ones with the main cast being minors, will have people in the fandom who ship the minors together, it is a very common thing across a lot of fandoms, it’s not just Disney, so please before you start talking out your ass educate yourself on fandoms?

Honestly looking the Miguel x Hiro tag, I realize that every time Hiro and Miguel are aged up it like very racist designs. Like they always make Miguel more muscular and taller, while Hiro is shorter and has very twig like arms. Both are Mexican and Japanese.

Hiro is literally a superhero, fights crime everyday and at least has to know hand to hand combat since he can’t relay on Baymax every time. When he grows up he would be very strong and have an at least a good amount of muscles, and with how tall his brother is canonically 6’0, Hiro would be tall in future.

Miguel who is a musician and two years younger than Hiro, he isn’t even a hero or anything. I get if you give him muscles but making him more muscular than Hiro who once again is a literal superhero is weird. Also most of his family isn’t even that tall, the tallest Miguel might end up being when he is older is like 5’7.

But what I’m trying to say is that, the older designs of Miguel and Hiro are racist and not accurate at all to what they do for a living, and i feel like the fan art should be a little bit more accurate. I don’t care if make them the same height, or one a bit more taller than the other but like atleast try to make them accurate and not racist. Just because Miguel is Mexican doesn’t mean he is going to be tall af and super muscular, and same with Hiro just because he is Japanese doesn’t mean he is going to shorter than Miguel and less muscular, he is a superhero.
