⚠️⚡my 5th TMEversary

a small coupla train doodles to commemorate my 5th TMEanniversary (5 years since i first had the idea for a bill cipher the mind electric animatic) :0 zapped with the inspiration lightning by a muse!! ⚡

while i'm not rotating bill rapidly in my brain microwave anymore, i'm still incredibly grateful for the sheer amount of artistic motivation his character inspired. from CONSPIRING about his backstory to chatting excitedly with new friends about flat dreams to banging out the angsty comics, it helped me get through so much of the pandemic.

it's crazy to think it all started with me listening to tme on loop during summer 2020 while making paper crafts of grunkle stan's outfit from the stanchurian candidate loll

AND NOW A BUNCHA TALENTED PEEPS CAME TOGETHER TO FULLY ANIMATE MY TME ANIMATIC?? AAAAAA!! THANK YOU AGAIN TO EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE TME MAP, IT WAS INCREDIBLE AND I LOVED SEEING EVERYONES SPINS ON MY IDEAA :D

yes noelle is a generally shy and soft-spoken individual but i think people forget that she's crazy. she loves creepypasta args and this freaking scary girl in her class (before she even finds out that susie's really sweet at heart btw. noelle's in it for the love of the game) and she has craziness in her heart. she will succeed because she's crazy

Lake and Jesse’s argument when they first meet is sooo funny because

both of them are lowkey in mortal terror and like moments away from a breakdown

Jesse is losing his mind because oh my god, a kid his own age, there’s been like nothing but wacky occasionally-talking animals this whole time but this is a human being in his peer group (who is made of metal for some reason) (it’s fine)

Lake is literally Teenager Who Just Woke Up

and as a result we get greatest hits like Lake’s brilliant “this is the deer I was hanging out with, but not the deer you’ve been hanging out with” argument implying there must be (at least) two deer in this car who... switched places when Jesse’s back was turned? apparently??? and Jesse being like “the appropriate response to someone jumping out of the bushes and screaming at me is to sing about our friendship I’ve decided we have”

like it’s not really out of character for either of them but they’re very. Up To Eleven. this is what it looks like when they are freaking out. this is Jesse and Lake’s versions of when Tulip gave that rant to the cat in The Beach Car about how she was going to die.

meanwhile A-Drac responds to them arguing about which powers he has by showing them he has both powers and responds to them escalating the fight by flinging himself down a tree that they have to get along with each other to descend. A-Drac watching this happen like “wow these two are made for each other, they will be friends”
