Starting off the new year with more Danny Phantom fanart lol

I did something

I see things like “How can they not connect Danny to the Fentons he’s wearing one of the Hazmat suits like they do.” And you know what, that’s fair. There’s not a whole lot of places where a kid’s gonna die in a hazmat suit, especially not around Amity Park.

But we know that Danny has been to the past and stuff. Like, he has a documented history and outside of Amity Park that dates way back. But Hazmat suits weren’t around for a super long time. The concept of super-safe clothes was, but the suits themselves not so much. Most people also assume what ghosts wear is just what they died in, right? But then we have ghosts like Technus who just changes his whole appearance, and Youngblood- who people know exists- who dresses up in all sorts of things. And you have shape-shifting ghosts like Bertrand and Amorpho, right? And Phantom himself went from having no logo to having that D on his chest. 

What if one of the highschool kids went “what if Phantom changed his clothes into Hazmat like the Fentons wear because it’s a better version of what he used to wear?” and just all of a sudden the idea spread. Suddenly you have all these drawings and ideas of what Phantom wore before his current outfit in the art room. People drawing him in WW2 hazmat, people drawing him in 80s hazmat, and oh god the plague doctor Phantom art is everywhere. This, of course, makes people wonder how the fuck he died. Nobody’s gonna ask him, that’s clearly rude, but  there’s so much speculation about what he died of. History nerds try their damnedest to go back as far as they can to make the best guess of what killed him, but there’s just so many diseases that nobody can tell. 

Meanwhile the trio are over here relieved b/c Danny’s less likely to get caught if people think he’s Ben around for eons, but also about completely fall apart laughing at some of the theories they hear.
