Hey angels! I know it's been a very long time and I hope all of you are doing well! Here is a little life update. I turned 24 this past January and I'm about to graduate from college with a bachelor's degree in graphic design. I'm the maid of honor in my friend's wedding that's in June and hopefully by the end of June or early July I will be moving in with my boyfriend. Also, I finished watching Jujitsu Kaisen and Wonder Egg Priority which are both really good animes!

I know it's been a while since I posted something but I wrote something today. Now I will warn you angels it is deep and deals with family problems so if you don't want to read it then you can skip this but I hope it helps some of you angels or you can relate to it. Here it is

You know sometimes I just don't understand. Family are the last people that should bring us down. If anything they should bring us up but that's not the case. I don't see why parents or siblings decide to make comments about their child/sibling's liking or just something about their appearance or personality. Like just shut up. You don't understand that years of doing that to them you're giving them depression, anxiety, not making them want to speak or hangout with you anymore. In the long run that kid has to be careful around others even their friends because of comments like that because they have it embroidered in their head that the people they talk to or their friends are going to be just like their family.

I was having a conversation with my dad about something. Nothing bad like it was a good conversation but then we got on a certain topic and my dad just says, "all of you are just immature for your age." He was referring to me and my sisters. My older sister is about to be 28, I'm 22, and my younger sister is 19. Like I understand yeah we probably are but we're mature at the same time. It's not like I can speak up about it because it would be considered "talking back" or "giving attitude." Like he even has his moments where he can be immature too. Like not everyone is going to be mature all the time. That's just how life is. Stuff like that makes it harder for me to want to talk or be around my parents. And then they always wonder why I'm in my room. I just want to block out all the negativity and focus on the positive but it's hard when it's in your own home.
