The 3 big brands that pop up in initial searches are Northstar (Elmira), Big Chill, and Smeg. They are the “high-end” for retro refrigerators with regards to number of designs, colors, and sizes.

Each of these alternative brands costs below $1,000 and are available at major shops on-line.

2 years in a sedentary job took it’s toll suddenly as I experienced shooting pains in my knees, and numbness in my fingers in toes.

I’ve had a bad back for a long time, but never had any trouble as I have always maintained my posture through exercises, stretchers, and body awareness.

With this new job, I had not only been neglecting my posture, but forgot about the chair I had been using at home for over a decade: a kneeling chair.

After a couple trips to the chiropractor, and bringing my kneeling chair into the office, I no longer have any pain or issues.
