Temp shelter manager: we are closing in march, please be prepared to be transferred to another shelter

Us: turns in transport request to drop stuff off at storage unit so we have the required limit of belongings

Case manager: recieved request, turned it in to manager, approved

Us: stays up until 4am packing because insomnia and loud neighbors partying

Me: checks on ride status

Temp shelter manager: I never recieved your request and have no idea what you are talking about even though you have been talking about it for nearly a week and a half and I claimed I got your request a week ago. Your case manager must not have done her job, bother her on tuesday

Me: That's almost a week from now

Temp shelter manager: it be like that, not my problem that your case person don't know they job

Me: *thinks to myself* It literally is a manager's job to make sure everyone else is doing their job... why was she made a temporary manager if she can't keep up with her duties?

Temp shelter manager: anything else? I got shit to do *is literally playing solitaire on the computer in plain view*

Tldr

F*** you nintendo. With the sh*t you pulled for the Switch 2. You may as well call the OLED a switch 2 and the new console a Switch 3. Bigger screen, different hookup on joycons, backward compatibility, then on the event for switch 2 experience an account is required instead of each system having guest accounts, you are treating it like a private party! What if someone doesn't have an account and wants to try it out? Sure, they could just make an account and delete it if they are not satisfied, but with how bugged your servers are, they may not have the patience! Even the event sign up is bugged! My husband keeps being kicked because of errors that say his password is incorrect. It happens only when he's on mobile, by the way. Every time it gives him this password error, he ends up having to make a new password. It's no wonder a lot of people are laughing at your company. The ones who aren't laughing are pulling their hair in frustration and screaming at you about what's wrong, but nothing ever gets fixed. You're worried too much about the performance of the game, but not worrying about the game breaking issues. How about instead of making new content, you fix the problems with the content that exists.

Finally, the hotel staff got involved and threatened the people to either turn down the music or they have to leave and the police will be called if they get one more report.

Already, we are having a rough day with ptsd. Now we have a neighbor at the hotel blasting music on shuffle. The hotel in question is a hybrid hotel/homeless shelter. As shelter residents, we and our staff are barred from speaking with the hotel office. We have contacted police 3 times to request the room to lower the music, this particular hotel has a history of fights and human trafficking, so asking them ourselves is not safe. Trying desperately to remain in legal boundaries...
