This is a quick project I did for my Rhinoceros 5 class. These rendering were made in Rhino and rendered with Flamingo. The idea is two phones that could simultaneously be used for different complimentary tasks. The dual screen would increase productivity and flexibility. This device would also have greater power and battery life for day time use.聽

Vr gaming controls
This is a hot topic right now and I feel that most solutions are inadequate when it come to vr gaming. I've seen plenty of vr demos where the player is limited to one box of a room a mere 16 square feet of space, while in game the player is stuck in that area or "jumps" from spot to spot. I thought that was a terrible idea! Now we have the ability to explore the vast open digital world up close and personal, and we can't go anywhere! So I think for now the best way for vr gaming to work right now is to have the vr build on preexisting controls. Like a racing game, the player sits in the car and uses a controller to steer which creates an almost perfect virtual enviroment, because the player never moves but rather the car moves in the enviroment. So when others started making vr games they decided that you have to walk in reality to move anywhere in the game while the player should have normal movement while the vr aspect can add depth and maneuverability. Think of a tank game, the left joystick could drive the tank, the right control the turret aim, while the vr headset controls player vision. A complete 360 degree view while using normal controls to do everything else, a shooter with the benefits of vr. I feel that Is the best way for vr to work at least in a shooter type game.

My 3d printed rough model for SKETCHLEY. Impressed with design though I wanted a clear material. Cant wait to clean it up and make it usable!

This is the introductory video for a project I did with a group. GE came to us and asked us to think of new and creative solutions for their line of borescopes which are cameras 6mm wide that are used to inspect engine wear.

This is my second design of the semester. We were tasked to do an International design for another culture. I wanted to make a chair that worked with the modern Japanese Lifestyle. My chair uses interlocking legs to create a couch. This way the chair serves both purposes. This is the final video I did for the design. It was my first attempt at making an advertisement video for a design.

My latest design project was the combination of a knife, fork, and spoon all in one utensil. My answer was the MULTIWARE. Designed for professionals who bring their lunch and college dorm rooms alike, Multiware replaces cheap stamped utensil sets and plastic silverware. I wanted to focus on quality and functionality above all else. Made from high quality chromium steel and a plastic protective case you can store the Multiware utensil anywhere!

For my final BID project for spring 2016, I wanted to make a paddle that would allow longboards to act more like a paddleboard. I built teo prototypes, one out of wood and one pvc. The land paddle transfers the work from your foot to your upper body, allowing faster speeds as well as a form of breaking when needed. I included a side arm that allows you to put a lot of downward force. Eventually my final design would include carbon fiber or titanium in a more finished product.
