How To Make a Tincture: 1. measure herbs on a small kitchen scale 2. Pour solvent (vodka, vinegar, and glycerin) over herbs, leaving 2-3 inches above herbs. Lid and Shake. 3. Set on a sunny spot for 4-6 weeks. Shake daily and the bottle and put in a dark spot.
