I've been working on some updates to my Sebastian model to make him up to date with the new design + better quality for future animations! He has improved hair.. gills, gums, and a bunch of other small fixes as well

if you look at the tshirt.. his gills glow through :) had to do some funny material stuff to pull that off

Do you have any headcanons on how Sebastian might swim? Everything about his physiology suggests he'd swim using a side to side motion like sea snakes and most fish but his whale tail would be geared more towards an up and down swimming motion like dolphins etc. Can he switch between the two? does his whale tail slow him down at all? This guy is such a mess like pick a struggle man.

I’m inclined to think this guy isn’t exactly a champion swimmer (thanks to his godawful anatomy)
