WINGED SNAKE. a clothing collection

So I have this terrible habit of making clothes for sims I want to play with (the first venture can be found here), and then getting carried away – this whole set was supposed to be just a jumpsuit recolour… Anyway!

The Suede Tank needs Discover University, the rest of the things are BGC!  There are 12 items, so make sure you read the descriptions of each! So, in order of appearance:

⋒ KNIT ACCESSORY TOPS ⋒

a long turtleneck and a cropped t-shirt to go under tops and dresses because I love turning summer clothes into winterwear

that being said, they look lovely with both the jumpsuits or the camisole in this set

20 swatches with a ribbed knit texture

they’re colour-tagged and have custom thumbnails

⋒ SUEDE TANK TOP ⋒

all I know is that I really wanted to do something with that one Discover Uni top, so you do need Discover University for this

26 swatches, out of which 15 is various stripes, the rest are solids

I’ve always wanted this very specific, slouchy silk cami with a lace detail but in Maxis Match

so I made it? sort of?

I know that somebody has made something like this before and I looked everywhere for it, but I couldn’t find it

so I made it? kind of the theme in this collection

I’d be oh-so-happy to link the inspiration if anybody knows about it and I didn’t just dream it

a transparent mesh bralette with hand-painted stitched details

I used @citrontart​‘s Vixen Bodysuit as a base, all credits go to her

32 swatches, some solids, some colour-blocked, some with a lighter coloured stitching

I spent an embarrassing amount of time on painting the shadows and you can barely see them

There aren’t any close-ups or more previews this time because I’m living on stolen time (our wi-fi doesn’t work so I’m hoping my mum doesn’t turn off her data before I can save the post lmao). I hope I didn’t f*ck up anything like I always do when I share bigger sets, I triple-checked everything but if there’s anything wrong, please send me an ask! I hope you enjoy!!

You know what I think is really cool?

You created something original, unique, and wonderful from nothing. 

It doesn’t matter if you’re good at writing or bad at writing, if it’s a character, a drabble, an unfinished novel or a completed short story. 

Every single time you write something — anything — you creating something out of nothing, and the world is a better place for it.

Even if you think it’s good, even if you think it’s bad… It doesn’t take away from the fact that you made something — it exists now, when it previously didn’t.

I think that’s beautiful, and deserves more recognition.
