What's the worst kind of depression when it comes to having life partners?
Here is an example.
Someone once told me: Nah man. I have been told how bad of a person I am. I think someone like me should not get a chance to have a family. The bad stuff about me should not be passed on. No one else should suffer cuz of my issues. So yeah, I'm not looking for anyone right now.
As selfless as it sounds, I felt how sad and lonely that is.

I am exceptional when it comes to looking at someone elses problem, and suggest a solution. When I see someone can do better, I encourage them. Some even have said I should look into being a motivational speaker. It's ok. They are oblivious towards my issues and how I'm guiding them while I watch my favorite shows.

Everyone has problems. It's just how life works. Even for a person who doesn't have a problem, boredom is the problem. So how do some people handle it well? My guess is, they struggle too. But it gets a little easy when you have someone else. A brother, sister, parents or friends. They don't have to help or anything. They just have to be there.

We met someone new. I just said hi. My friend said, "you should talk to this girl, she is nice" Although they didn't spend more time. Third friend and her became really close. We each saw the new girl with a different view.
Because, we are from different places. Brought up by different people. Had different teachers. So we will always look at things differently. It's like a different version of universe living inside each person.
So many people. So many universe!

Getting more sleep is overrated
Quality of sleep matters so 6 hours is sufficient
I get up at 4:30 am to 5 :00 am except Sunday when I wake up at 8 am
Cut out 15 min one week, another 15 another week

Hydrate yourself
Keep one Lt by your bedside
Dehydration keeps blood thick. More pressure on organs .
3) cold and the hot
Take cold shower, walk out in cold for sometime to activate your fight and flight response and become active
To get fully awake state
One min cold.
Then warm yourself to not catch a cold
4) do quick breathing and stretching exercises
Instructional videos available online
Provide a burst of oxyegn to brain
5) stay quiet and pray
Meditation
To stay connected balanced

hey man i haven’t seen a single similar post (concerning???) so i feel like it’s important to make this.
tomorrow is ramadan. your eating disorder will not magically disappear in ramadan.
allah will not hate you if you relapse in ramadan. be it that you faint or you binge, if you need to break your fast because of your eating disorder THEN YOU BREAK YOUR FAST.
You are not supposed to fast when you are sick. YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO FAST WHEN YOU ARE SICK. IT IS HARAM TO FAST IF YOU ARE SICK BECAUSE IT BRINGS HARM TO YOUR BODY. If you start feeling horribly sick and you know, you haven’t had sufficient suhoor or iftar for a few days or anything of the sort, it is okay to break your fast and even go to the hospital if you need to.
habaybi that have eating disorders, PLEASE take care of yourself during ramadan. It is a month of cleansing and forgiveness, so forgive yourself if you relapse. You can always redo your fast after ramadan.
