Ah, well...I’m not too fond of medication. So we’ll have to skip that bit.

Sometimes I drink chamomile tea before bed, it helps me relax. Honestly I think I’ve just been feeling off recently. It’ll pass chap, no worries.

If only my body would allow that. I used to enjoy getting up just before sunrise, now I’m usually still awake when it peeks at the horizon.
