In my opinion I find this sexism argument kind a of stupid, its just a stupid joke people play along with because its funny. Sans literally makes a joke about "Befriending" Toriel to Kris. Kris is still a teenager, and noticing their Mom meet with the annoying neighbor, and proceed to dance the night away while they are trying to sleep. Also Sans is actively trying to be annoying, Trolling us and Kris with the Idiot Babies Hotline, Clopen sign incident, "Befriending" Mother, and implied eating the left over pancakes that Toriel offers Kris. Even in Undertale, He prank calls us if you get the right Fun value. Almost nobody had a problem with Sans x Toriel in Undertale. Imagine how'd you feel if a pun making skeleton that makes Sexual jokes about your mom, suddenly began dancing with your drunken mother, and being so loud you can't sleep. Also there's the common joke of dating someone's mother being a powerplay move, which I admit is sort of sexism to a degree. "even though Toriel is her own person and has her own life to make her own decisions" Nobody really cares who Toriel dates, it's about how Sans is going about this.

But that's just my Opinion

The reason people are mad at Sans for dating Toriel, aka "your mom", is rooted in sexism. Let me ellaborate. Hear me out.

I NEED to say that. I need to speak up. This was supposed to be super short but eventually I noticed it had to be turned into a full post. The actual reason many people are mad at Sans cuz he's dating Toriel (aka Kris's mom, "the player's mom") it's because the idea of the players mom, a mother, their own mother, dating someone, having romantic intercourse with someone, bothers the public. I've been seeing many memes like "lmaoo Kris now it's time to use my muscle memory from a previous battle" (the fight against Sans in Undertale), and the reason is sexism. Yes you heard me. Hear me out by the way.

Have you ever heard about the "Madonna X Whore" or "Madonna x Prostitute" complex? If not, I'll show you a brief description. That's the source.

This complex basically talks about how some men put women in two different categories, actually, how society does it subconsciously. If you're a madonna, you're a saint, a mother, a nurturing figure, you're pure and thus you shouldn't be viewed sexually. A whore is a dirty woman, considered promiscuous, bold, and should be viewed sexually. These two roles divide women in categories and I don't have to rant about how harmful and wrong this is.

The point that I want to make is that the idea of a madonna, a sweet mother figure, having control over her romantic and sexual life is viewed as disgusting. If your mom dates someone after she dated your father, "yuck". Also, there's this feeling of possession somehow, where handing an important woman in your life to another man is threatening and bad. Many fathers feel this towards their daughters but this is very common with like- any family member: sister, cousing, aunt, etc. There's this feeling of "protection" and the presence of another man is threatening and bad. And I also don't have to rant about how this is controlling and directly sexist because you already got the idea.

Of course that there are some people only making the joke because Sans is "annoying" and this "annoying guy" is dating your mom, but let's be real, no one called Sans "annoying" before this event with Toriel in Deltarune Chapter 4 happened. He is annoying because he's dating the mom character and people find the idea of sans dating "your mom" disgusting, even though Toriel is her own person and has her own life to make her own decisions, and her relationship choices have nothing to do with Kris. But I don't know that's just what I think.

You will never be able to unsee it now. That's what happens when you study about sexism.

Hang on. Why DOES Teagen have explosives in the first place? Like, before the explosions and the wasteland?

Teagan basically puts magic into whatever tea she's drinking and just throws it. The first time she ever did it was on complete accident.

After getting into a very heated argument with a Gardenview worker, she shut herself of in her room to calm down and have some tea. Unfortunately, she did not calm down and subconsciously filtered magic into her tea before throwing the tea cup at a wall.

Obviously, it exploded, and later on, she was told never to do that again. The whole event left Teagan heavily questioning why she's able to do it in the first, why handful of the other toons have their own objectively dangerous abilities, and what exactly were the toons made for.

She does not believe they were simply made for entertainment. She does not trust her creators.

Teagan is a conspiracist.

Along with Barrier used Example Extra Info: Darius is definitely a natural born leader, and he weighs the risks of actions before taking them. His barriers can be any shape he could even trap someone in one The Lina his description is referring to is this one (On the right-side of the image)

Darius and Lina are Adoptive siblings, Darius being the older of the two, who took on the last name Fathum when they were both Orphans. Darius is a bit sour about Lina being kicked out of Harmony, but he doesn't let it get to him and will occasionally visit her when he is off duty. (Accidentally Deleted my Post and made a reblog on the wrong account)
