Kant should have waited to get the second cat until Bison came home from prison. Two cats were too many for one person, especially when one of them couldn't seem to understand that no matter how he hissed and spat and caused trouble, his other dad wasn't coming home. Or: While Bison is away, Kant deals with the second cat he impulsively got to prove his dedication to his boyfriend.

Chapter 2 - Ghosts (for the past)

One time, and one time only before the end, Alan fucks up. He is out drinking again, at that seedy bar. Ray hasn’t texted in a few days, and he gets desperate, thinks that maybe this is it. Anxiety hums through his veins, ratcheting his heart rate up a notch for each day that Ray has left him alone.  This is what he wants. He wants Ray to leave. He needs that cycle broken, that tedium of misery relieved. He needs the effect to have a cause.  But he thought there would be more relief in it, more release of the pent-up frustration that he has already failed to take out on Ray’s body. It’s because the stupid boy didn’t tell me. Didn’t bother to end it properly. Just like Wen.  He should have known.

I bet you can tell from the title - it's super upbeat and fluffy :D Ahaha... yeah no way Alan and Ray were going to be a super cheery match (at least, not yet :) ). If you are wary of crossovers due to the other half of the pairings, you may like to know that Sand and Gaipa are not present in this fic/this AU at all (and actually, they will get their own little crossover AU!)

New Fic Posted - It's My Pleasure

It's My Pleasure - An ICNDY-verse oneshot that depicts what Khaotung and Gun might have talked about in their conversation during the outing.

Also, if you were reading UAA and wondering about the hints to Khaotung's past experiences - here's one possible explanation :)

Summary:

It’s the GMMTV 2024 outing and Khaotung is suffering due to the clumsy “professional” flirting of his well-meaning best friend First. He knows their relationship can never move beyond the platonic, but what he doesn’t know is that his perceptive senior Gun has seen his pain and resolved to do something about it. Gun’s strategy is one that Khaotung has never considered—but it just might save him from the crushing weight of his unrequited love for his best friend.

WIP Last Line Game

Okay, so I've been in editing hell recently, what with all the short fics I'm posting that are already complete, like my Kant/Bison fic and the upcoming Alan/Ray. And I write out of order, and often work on multiple WIPs on the same day, so... I'm just saying I have no idea what the last line I wrote was, even though it was yesterday. And every line is subject to change anyway. But let's not let petty excuses ruin my very first (??) attempt at a tag game!

Here's what I believe is the most recent line from my Sand/Ray post-canon, exes-to-lovers, fake dating fic (and the fake dating isn't between Sand and Ray D:)

Instead, he got this—Sand’s dogged concern, no matter which way he turned.

I know I just finished a huge Sand/Ray fic and I do really want to provide some variety for my readers but ugh, I just can't leave them alone. Exes to lovers is such an interesting challenge, and I'm having so much fun with the banter in this one - it's coming out surprisingly lighthearted despite the angst I associate with the exes-to-lovers trope (there's a lot of Boston in this one, so that's probably why).

And here's what I think the last line of one of my FK WIPs is

"Sorry, Phi,” Khaotung put every ounce of sarcasm into the single syllable that he could muster. “He’s taken.”

This fic is also very typical for me T.T I promise I'm working on other fics with other pairings! I just haven't worked on them in a while, so I have no idea what the last line might be...

All's Well That Ends Well

The Episode 12 fic for my THK series, Shakespeare in Love, is finally posted!

I hope you all enjoy Kant and Bison getting their BDSM happy ending after so much drama and five years of waiting. They deserve it <3 and so do you! (especially the BDSM. We were ROBBED!)

While most of the fics in these series function as stand alone (from each other, not the show), I do recommend at least reading the previous fic, Measure for Measure, as it sets up the premise of this fic's plot (such as it is).

Thank you to everyone who has read and enjoyed these fics, especially as the show was airing - it was exhausting to write one every week but also very fun. I'm sorry it took so long for me to finish this final one, but hopefully it's worth the wait <3
