Sheffield has a board game cafe! The Treehouse opened on Saturday, and offers a whole library of board games alongside sandwiches, cake and drinks - including craft beer.

Ikea is coming to Sheffield, and they’re putting on a whole range of events to celebrate. They’ve decorated a tram, put cushions in the Winter Garden and Peace Gardens, and even created a “Hollywood” sign behind the train station.

イケアストアはそろそろシェフィールドで開店します。そのため、いろいろなイベントが行います。 市電を飾ったり、クッションをウインター・ガーデンやピース・ガーデンに置いたり、 ハリウッドサインみたいなメッセージを置きました。

Birdhouse Tea Company had a lovely birthday party, with great tea (of course!), and tasty ice-cream, too. They had new chocolate in; I’m looking forward to getting into the autumn spirit now!

バードハウス・ティー・カンパニーのバースデーパーティーはすてきでした。もちろん、おいしいお茶があって、後はおいしいアイスがありました。新商品のチョコレートもありました。これで、秋は楽しみです！

Nether Edge Festival is coming up, from the 15th to the 24th (of September). There will be art, crafts, music, food, knitting and yoga, at various locations across Nether Edge! I’m really looking forward to the tea tasting with cake pairing.

Quick shout out to Airy Fairy, who sheltered me during a very heavy shower recently! The lavender cake and the fruit tisane were lovely. They also have a nice selection of vegetarian and vegan savouries.

September’s Peddler Market was one of the best I’ve ever been to. I was spoilt for choice. There was poutine, bao, corn dogs, mac ‘n’ cheese, and my personal favourite: belly pork “yakisoba” and a custard tart from newcomers to the Market, Street Cleaver.

9月のペダラーズは最高の一つでした。あまり何を食べるか決められませんでした。あるものはプーティン、パオズ、アメリカンドッグ、 マカロニ・アンド・チーズでした。私の好物はストリート・クリーバーの 豚の脇腹肉 焼きそばみたいな一皿とカスタードタルトでした。
