Tim wasn't sure if bringing the radio to the camp is a good idea or not, he's been spending most of his days on building and fortifying the camp for both of his only friends on the island sakes'. As one of the ways he learnt to avoid the assaults from the hostile inhabitants is to stay as quiet as possible. It wasn't a much of a challenge since both of them are pretty much kept to themselves as well as Tim. But it has been quiet for too long, it's becoming uneasy.

Especially he just hears logs being stacked, moved and placed over and over from the constant building. Funny how sometimes a noise out of place from the woods or godawful screams of the monsters will break the silence for a little to his relief a little while but it's their hides he has to worry now about to live another day. It did however made Tim on constant edge for a time being but as quickly as it sounds brand new, it became just background noise for him. Another routine to be dealt with and just like that the silence is back again. Sounds are funny like that.

Now the prolonged silent is catching up with him, if he couldn't handle it... Tim is leaning against the stack of logs he just chopped after hauling them back and forth on the marked ground for the wooden walls he is building as he sees Kelvin going inside the wooden walled base. As Kelvin with his seemingly cheerful gait with a net full of fish he hauls on his shoulder before hanging some on the drying rack and left the rest near the campfire before left to fish more, Tim's eyes still glued to Kelvin's ears now looking better after few days have passed.

How can Kelvin cope then? At the sudden turn of events that he having no choices but have to?

Hesitantly holding out his hand to Kelvin, he gives Kelvin a look to Virginia. Inviting him to dance. He wouldn't like to offend him in the other way but at the same time, it's just isn't right to leave him by his lonesome.

Kelvin shook his head at Tim's invitation, thinking that he might just ruin the fun for Tim. He puts a little smile at the thought then ushered his hands to Tim to dance without him. Tim turns to Virginia, already moving her feet energetically to the beat.

Tim insisted as he grabbed Kelvin's hand, prompting him to stand up. Soft crunches of the grass followed by fireflies glowing all around them, as their base it after all on the plains with the big lake. Overlooking the snowy mountain as the background.

Tim watches as Kelvin entirely beams at him offering his hand to dance so he feels included when they see and join Virginia dancing to the radio too. Tim leads Kelvin dancing to the beats & they just have a nice jolly time hanging out.

The only sounds that matters was that muffled chuckle from Kelvin and laughter he heard from Virginia makes all this hellscape a little more bearable. That tinge of joy will surely remain in his mind of the days to come even after his time in this place.

(I realized that when the player has blood on them they don't have those notifications about them being soaked with blood and they have to wash it off to prevent infection. Seemingly hinting Tim isn't that bothered with all the blood he got from his enemies or his lol)
