I took my little brother (autistic, mostly non verbal) out and he was using his voice keyboard to tell me something, and this little boy (maybe 4 or 5?) heard him and asked me "Is he a robot??" I tried to explain to him that no, he isn't a robot, he just communicates differently, but my darling brother was in the background max volume "I am robot I am robot I am robot I am robot"

So literally just 2 days ago I made a whole post about how I don't mind being in a human body because it's all just new experiences for me. And that wasn't entirely false, but I'm realizing I missed one thing- I hate working with a human brain. Not even because it doesn't feel like my own (it doesn't, but I don't really mind), but just for sheer inefficiency. It's like something I have to wrestle just to keep it working half of the time. I don't get species dysphoria, but I can't stand working with an organic brain.

Cool Robot Fact! Did you know that if a robot has an HDMI port, you can hook it up to a monitor and see their thoughts?

You can see all kinds of awesome things like:

- Rotating Cube (VERY processor heavy)

16 tap stereo spectral rhythm delay and comb resonator.

No percussion this time, instead the rhythm is enforced by a simple Rainmaker patch with a few resonant taps. The processed signal fades in, then out, then taps are edited. Voice 1 is Banshee Reach through Crucible, then QPAS with LP Stereo going to Rainmaker and SP Mono going to Erbe Verb. Voice 2 is Three Body through Waver then Magneto. Planar 2 is used to control PM and level of Voice 2 to keep things varied. Sequencing (of course, I swear something more interesting is coming soon) via Marbles. Simple patch to create a rich bed of sound.
