Entei

So, starting this month (May 2019), I decided I was gonna do a Sketch-a-day thing, starting with the thing I love to draw the most: Pokémon. (More info on that here)

Day 4: Entei This one was tricky. I don't think I've ever done anything with so many lines before. Also, I nearly left enough room on the page for the entire Pokémon. Getting there with the right space management!

Braixen

Day 3: Braixen Day 3 and it’s already getting complicated. Also, I didn’t leave enough room on the paper to draw the whole Pokémon, so maybe I did myself a favour there >v>;

Glaceon

This is the first one of those pictures (ironically not even completed on the first day) I'm sure glad that I got an Eeveelution on the first day, though~

I wanna get back into drawing, so...

... this month I decided to start doing a Sketch-a-day thing, starting with my favourite thing to draw: Pokémon! Each day, I use a random number generator to select a Pokémon to draw from a list of my top 10 of each generation (plus the only 5 officially revealed gen 8 Pokémon) I've also set 2 rules for myself in regards to it: 1) Always follow the randomly generated selection; if it isn't a repeat, don't cycle the RNG. and 2) If I miss a day, do the sketch from that day on the next available day to do so, and mark the actual date of completion on the picture. If that means I have to draw more than one picture in that day, then so be it. So yeah, that's that. I'll post them up here real soon :3 I also might digitally ink them at some point in the near future too, but don't hold me to that :P

[OLD - 2017/03] jolt rulz ok

In case it wasn't obvious, at the time of drawing this I was deep in the enjoyment of playing Night in the Woods and decided I'd do a scribble of Jolt on my whiteboard in a similar style to Mae's scribbles of Gregg in her notebook. Jolt belongs to me, sergalbutt Gregg, Night in the Woods belongs to Infinite Fall Umbreon, Pokémon belongs to The Pokémon Company / Game Freak / Nintendo

[OLD - 2016] Scribblenauts Solid Snake

I recently scanned all the old scribbles out of my sketchbook. This is one of those scribbles.

So, the best I could work out for what this is was suppose to be was Solid Snake in the style of a Scribblenauts character. Can't think of why I would've drawn this, but I did have a short period where I played Scribblenauts like it was going out of style, so maybe that, mixed with boredom, is why I drew it.

[OLD - 2014/05] Alien Scalie Species concept

I recently scanned all the old scribbles out of my sketchbook. This is one of those scribbles.

This was my attempt in drawing something that I need to visualise at the time, This is the earliest version of an alien/scalie species I was developing called the "Iykrodin" (pronounced "ee-kroh-din"), from a story series I was writing at the time. I can remember this taking me way, way too long to do :P FUN FACT: They don't really look much like this any more. They're a little bit more generic scalie now (I remember describing them to a friend at one point as "space Argonians"), and I haven't done any more work on the story series from where they originated from in about 2 years. I do often think about going back to it though, but I honestly wouldn't know where to start from. All the planning and that kinda stuff I had for that entire universe are an absolute mess, and would probably take me forever to turn into something a little bit more coherent.
