a funny thing about having a Problematic Blorbo is that you'll periodically come across a post along the lines of "um let's not forget that [Blorbo] is a bad person..." listing their various crimes, and if you have a modicum of intellectual honesty you find yourself nodding along and saying yeah it's true... but it's the greyness of their character that makes them so compelling... At the same time though you have a little Saul Goodman in your ear going "your honor in their defense: who cares like omfgggg who caresssssss like come onnnnnn"

Michael Corleone and Coryo Snow(I mean they are both made evil by circumstances and choices, they went to the army, they are short, cunning and have this air of grandiosity about them) [And in another regard they have the (almost) whole of the fandom swooning about them]

Freddie and Sejanus (the misunderstood brother that didn't choose to be born in that difficult, cut-throat world but tries his best and still fucks up, and ends killed by one of the few important people that they still have left)

And I'm not sure about who would be Lucy Gray but my point has been made.

the insane experience of missing a fictional character . like you can always go back and reread the book , replay the game , rewatch the show or movie , you can always go back & see them , but you can never experience them & their story for the first time again . its absurd to miss them because they'll always be there , but you'll miss when there were still new things for them to say .

for a small time they were real & growing and changing and you hung onto every new word, but now all they can do is repeat the same story forever&ever & they're not real anymore because you know everything they're going to do. & you miss them. its fucked man...
