Donatello's tracker just sent me a notification that he's unconscious for some reason, I have his location!

I haven't seen him in a few hours. He just sort of left and didn't even tell anyone where he was going. Usually he takes me with him on missions and stuff, but not this time I guess. I even tried to call him to check in because a lot of people need to talk to him, but he's not responding! I don't know what to do.
