Yo, it’s been a while, so let me talk about something I did today... 🙂

So I’ve been listening to The Offspring’s new album, Let The Bad Times Roll. My opinions on it? It’s alright. It’s not an Americana, Conspiracy or Ixnay but I think at this point I don’t think that the world is going to get anything like those three albums again.

High Points: Let The Bad Times Roll, This Is Not Utopia, Coming For You. They’re all absolute bangers.

Low Point: We Never Have Sex Anymore - it’s the joke song of the album, and I’ll be honest, I’ve never really liked the joke songs on the band’s more recent albums... looking especially at you Splinter’s When You’re In Prison. Ugh. 🤮

Hassan Chop sounds like the title of another joke song, but I enjoyed listening to it, so it gets a pass from me... In The Hall Of The Mountain King also gets a pass from me, it is obviously a filler song, but it’s an all time classic song and one of my personal favourite classic songs and I like to vibe to it, so... 🤷‍♂️

Will also say that, to me at least, the new version of Gone Away reminds me of Evanescence’s My Immortal... though I might be thinking of another song of theirs, idk. 🤷‍♂️ I mean, it’s a pretty sad/emotional song when you think about it.

It took literally all of the vacation, but they finally decided to serve some Pudding! ... Or something close enough to it anyway...

Competition for the Cup of Dreams has arrived! Actually, they arrived last week, but details.  Neplushie won’t give it up without a fight though…

Didn’t get the Nepgeardam plushie that came out the same time these were released… In all honesty, I’m happy with the Nepgeardam I got with the LE of V2R. (also I have no room to put it anywhere…)

On a Side note: I couldn’t help but notice that Vertplushie’s dress is a litte… short. Turns out that for some reason Vertplushie’s skirt was tucked in at the front! No idea why that was a thing… 🤷
