CLARA RODRIGUEZ is TWENTY TWO YEARS OLD and is a STUDENT at SHADOWVILLE STATE COLLEGE. They look just like LINDSEY MORGAN and are currently OPEN.
HISTORY
As a child in a small town in Georgia, Clara always thought that her father was an astronaut, and the reason that he wasn’t at home was because he was exploring Mars. That was what her mother, Sara Rodriguez, told her to keep the truth from her. Her mother wanted her to have a good view of her father, and for the first several years of her life, she did. It wasn’t until a teacher informed her that they had yet to put humans on mars that she confronted her mother, demanding the truth, and learned that hard fact that her father had abandoned her and her brother when they were only a few weeks old, leaving in the middle of the night without even leaving a note or anything.
When she was ten, she decided that she was going to prove to her father, wherever he was, that she was good enough, since he obviously didn’t believe it. She sprung into action, working hard in school to get good grades and making as many friends as possible, despite the fact that her timid attitude made it rather difficult at times. She strove for excellence and was often let down when things weren’t one hundred percent perfect. Despite her mother’s constant attempts to persuade her that she didn’t need to be perfect, nothing seemed to work. All she could think about what making her father realize what he had missed.
At fifteen, she began to realize how her mother struggled to pay bills and immediately began babysitting their neighbors newborn to get some money. Every dime that she earned, she gave to her mother, despite the woman’s protests. Her mother, after all, did not want her children working. She wanted them being children, not trying to pay bills. Still, the woman couldn’t turn the money away, as she struggled often with it. Once Clara turned sixteen, she got a real part-time job at a local fast food restaurant, bringing in even more money. It was difficult, of course, as she attempted to balance work with school, but she made it work by cutting out a few hours of sleep every night.
This all came crashing down when she was seventeen and had a breakdown in the middle of school after recieving an F on a test. Horrified and distraught, she had a panic attack and had to be escorted to the front office. For weeks after, students made fun of her and her mother forced her to quit her job and focus on school. With the loss of her job, money immediately became tight, but no matter how much she pleaded with her mother, the woman refused to budge, stating that her health and education came first. She wouldn’t let Clara get a job until she was in college and, even then, often drops in to make sure that Clara isn’t overworking herself, as she often does.
A few weeks after Clara’s twenty second birthday, she got a call from her mother saying that her cousin Daniel was not living with her. She got a quick run down of the events, learning of the abuse going on at her cousin’s home, and resolved to look after the boy no matter what. They had never been very close, due to the age difference and the fact that he had always lived in a different state, but now, she was going to make sure he fit in in Shadowville, even with a possible Serial Killer running around.
PERSONALITY
[âś”] Protective, Hard-working, Friendly
[âś–] Shy, Gullible, Insecure
CONNECTIONS
♥ Leo Rodriguez - Brother. Clara and Leo are extremely close. She, being twelve minutes older, has always resolved to both protect and tease her brother mercilessly. No one messes with him and gets away with it.
♥ Daniel Butler - Cousin. The two have never been very close but now that Daniel is living in Shadowville with them, and after learning of his homelife, Clara is determined to make sure he fits in.
♥ Emily Young - Roommate. Emily is Clara’s roommate and though she originally was sure that there was no way the two would ever get along due to their differing personalities, they’ve actually became rather close this year.

XAVIER PITTMAN is THIRTY SEVEN YEARS OLD and is a POLICE OFFICER at SHADOWVILLE POLICE STATION. They look just like SHEMAR MOORE and are currently OPEN.
HISTORY
Xavier lived in Shadowville as a child. The Pittman’s are not one of the more prominent families, but they do have a long history with the Song’s and are, as such, regarded fairly highly in the community. He had a fairly tame childhood, spending most of his time in school. His parents were strict, always on his case about studying, and determined that he would follow their path as lawyers. He, however, really did not want to follow that path. Instead, he had his eyes set on law enforcement, a career that his parents did not approve of due to the dangers that it brought. After realizing that he would never have his parents approval of what he wanted to do with his life, he decided to go to college away from them and ended up in southern California, studying criminal justice.
He met Priscilla Collins at college and instantly knew that he was in love. She was smart, practically a genius, and loved his jokes more than anything. They would stay up late watching dumb movies and helped each other out with their schoolwork. Priscilla was going into Early Childhood Education and came from a family who often shamed her for her career of choice, believing her to be too smart to be going into such a field. They would have long talks about their families and encouraged each other to pursue the careers that they wanted. On graduation day, Xavier proposed and she said yes, must to his delight. They got an apartment together and their careers took off and everything just seemed to be snapping into place.
They were married for five years. Priscilla had just discovered that she was pregnant when his entire life disintegrated in the span of an hour. That was how long it took between the phone call and the doctor telling him that she had passed away. A drunk driver had slammed into her car while she was on her way home from work and ripped her life from her. Suddenly, Xavier was alone and the love his life was six feet under. He didn’t know how he was going to continue. Every day, he felt numb. Everything reminded him of her. Movies, music, and even children. It wasn’t until he nearly punched a man that he caught drunk driving that he realized that he needed to get away from California, from where she died.
He got himself transferred back to his hometown. Shadowville was a quiet town. He settled in, reunited with family and friends, and went through the motions. It was easier to forget about the horrible event when everything was different. There wasn’t much crime in Shadowville, though, which made it rather difficult to keep himself busy. He found it difficult to prevent himself from wallowing in sorrow at night, when he lay alone in his bed without her to be next to him. His parents tried to help him but nothing seemed to work. He threw himself into his job, quickly becoming one of the best officers there.
Years passed. Priscilla was never far from his mind. He couldn’t move on, couldn’t date again, couldn’t forget her. He got a new partner, one Grace Turner, who reminded him of his late wife, and then, suddenly, the mayor was murdered. Xavier was the first on the scene, saw first hand the murder scene. He suspected Tyrell Lewis, the mayor’s son, at first, but after talking to him, he was convinced that the teenager was innocent. He seemed to be the only one who believed the boy, though, and he decided to make it his personal mission to clear the boy’s name and bring the killer to justice. He refused to rest until he did.
PERSONALITY
[âś”] Brave, Loyal, Humorous
[âś–] Blunt, Sarcastic, Obsessive
CONNECTIONS
♥ Grace Turner - Partner. Grace has just recently arrived in Shadowville. She’s a great partner and is great at her job, but Xavier can’t help but dread being around her. She reminds him too much of Priscilla.
♥ Jeremy Bryan - Friend. Jeremy is a bit of a troublemaker. Xavier met him after being called to the school, and he decided to make Xavier think that he had drugs in his car. He didn’t and it became a bit of a tradition for Jeremy to try and mess with Xavier whenever he saw him, Despite that, Xavier found himself rather protective of the boy.
♥ Phoebe Song - Family Friend. Xavier has known the Song’s his entire life. He’d always been protective of Phoebe when she was younger and now, with a serial killer around, he’d found himself checking up on her more than often.

ANNA FITZGERALD is EIGHTEEN YEARS OLD and is a STUDENT at SHADOWVILLE HIGH SCHOOL. They look just like NATALIA DYER and are currently OPEN.
HISTORY
Anna was her parent’s first child and, thus, the most spoiled. Of course, that only lasted until she was three years old, when her parents adopted seven-year-old Austin Webb. She didn’t know about his backstory until she was much older, and was always confused by the nightmares that he would have. She learned to deal with it, though, and just harbored a small resentment towards him for stealing her parent’s attention away from her. After all, once he arrived, they had to focus a lot on helping him heal, and she didn’t have nearly as much as the spotlight on her that she wanted. It wasn’t until she was six and walked in on having a violent nightmare that she decided that it didn’t do to be jealous of her brother, and she decided then and there that she was going to be the best little sister that she could be.
She was quick to discover that, throughout school, people flocked to her due to her parent’s wealth and status in the community. The Fitzgerald’s were known by everyone, even the children among her school, and she gained dozens of friends on her first day. Of course, these children weren’t really her friends, but she didn’t learn about that until years down the road. Her best friend, Estella Layton, was the only person that she ever truly connected with. She could tell Estella anything and everything, and she did. All her other friends were nice to hang around and chat about casual things, but Estella was the only one that she truly enjoyed hanging around.
When she entered High School, she immediately tried out to be a cheerleader and, to no ones surprise, she got in. Even if she had been horrible, they would have let her in due to her last name. At the time, she thought nothing of it, simply ecstatic to be a cheerleader with her best friend. As a freshman, she got several boys chasing after her, but she didn’t notice them that year, too oblivious and fascinated by the new world surrounding her. Estella noticed and saved her from embarresment several times when a guy asked her out and she didn’t understand. By the time Sophomore year hit, however, she had begun noticing guys the same way that they noticed her and she was quick to start dating.
Junior year was when things really started going downhill and she still didn’t know why. Nothing really changed. It’s just that she slowly began to notice things she hadn’t before, like how her “friends” didn’t really listen to her when she talked or how the guys she was dating pretty much ignored her if they weren’t kissing. Then when she finally stepped back and looked around at her life, she began noticing things she hadn’t before, like how Austin didn’t come home as often as he did before or how Wyatt seemed to distance himself from his family, and he couldn’t help but think that it was her fault, like she was pushing everyone away somehow. Clinging to Estella as if she would leave her as well, Anna fell into a spiral of depression. She turned to self-harm, trying to relieve her loneliness through physical pain, and refused to let anyone discover it, not wanting to push anyone else away. Not even Estella knew about it.
She’s managed to hide her self-harm for eight months now, and it’s a few months into her Senior year. When the mayor and his wife are killed and her parents begin to become over-protective, she knows that its going to be harder and harder to hide it from her parents. With all the chaos in town, she also knows that it will be much more difficult to put on a smile and keep up the act of pretty, popular Senior.
PERSONALITY
[âś”] Friendly, Intelligent, Sociable
[âś–] Quick-Tempered, Naive, Insecure
CONNECTIONS
♥ Wyatt Fitzgerald - Brother. She isn’t that close with Wyatt. When she was younger, she practically ignored the awkward boy, sometimes even feeling embarrassed to be seen with him. She wonders if that’s why he’s so closed off from them now.
♥ Austin Fitzgerald - Adopted Brother. As a child, she looked up to Austin and always tried to make him happy. When he went away for college, they grew apart. They don’t talk much anymore and she regrets it.
♥ Estella Layton - Best Friend. Estella is the only girl that Anna feels actually close to. Unlike her other friends, Estella likes Anna for Anna instead of the fact that she’s a Fitzgerald. She tells Anna everything, except her darkest secret.
♥ Beckham Miller - Enemy. Beckham is a Miller, and all Fitzgerald’s hate Millers. At least, that’s what she’s been told. She hates the boy, for really no reason whatsoever, and he hates her as well. It’s just how things are.

AUSTIN FITZGERALD is TWENTY TWO YEARS OLD and is a STUDIENT at SHADOWVILLE STATE COLLEGE. They look just like AVAN JOGIA and are currently OPEN.
HISTORY
The majority of Austin’s young childhood is blurry. He can remember having two older sisters and an older brother, and a father who usually ignored him on the good days and hit him on the bad days. He doesn’t remember his mother, but he knows that she was there. He remembers Gracelynn, his oldest sister, taking care of him when he had a nightmare and teaching him to tie his shoes. He remembers never being allowed to leave the house and being homeschooled, and Mallory teaching him addition. He can remember watching cartoons with Dalton and trying to be just like his older brother. The details are fuzzy and he only ever remembers flashes of images. Most days, he can’t even remember what his siblings look like and he spends hours in his room, staring at the old, online articles about the one thing in his childhood that he remembers clearly.
He remembers it clear as day. Victor Webb was the mayor of Shadowville, and the husband to Tonya Webb, his mother. Austin used to believe that Victor was his father, but that was before he realized his Indian descent and learned why Victor didn’t like him. Victor was obsessed with his image and hated any kind of bad news that circulated around his name, and would beat them if they so much as stepped a toe out of line. Austin was usually kept out of the line of fire by Gracelynn and didn’t know much about it until the day that Victor got a phone call, informing him that Dalton had gotten a girl pregnant. Austin didn’t know why his father seemed to snap and attack his older brother but it had scared him. He remembered strong hands pulling him away from the screaming boy and then he remembered sitting in Gracelynn’s room, crying as they heard Dalton’s screams for help. It wasn’t until the morning, when Mallory got home from spending the night with a friend and found Dalton’s body that they even realized that he was dead.
He doesn’t really remember the next few weeks after that. He knows that at some point, he was taken away from Gracelynn and never saw her again. He knows that he was taken to the home of people that he didn’t know with Mallory, who refused to speak to anyone. He can slightly remember the funeral, strangers softly reassuring him that his father was in jail. He doesn’t know what happened to his mother and he doesn’t care. He strongly remembers asking for Gracelynn, demanding that someone get her, but no one ever does. He remembers Mallory leaving the funeral and disappearing, another one of his siblings gone from his life and then he is all alone. He gets adopted by the Fitzgerald’s on his seventh birthday. They’re nice. His new mother always gives him cookies and his new father sits with him when he has nightmares and screams for Gracelynn or Mallory or Dalton. He has two new siblings, Anna and Wyatt, and they are younger than him and don’t understand why he gets so upset. By the time they are old enough to understand, he’s learned how to hide it.
As he gets older, he learns more about what was going on around him. He knows that, at first, he was only adopted for publicity. His adopted parents wanted to be seen taking in the poor boy, born after his mother cheated and then forced to live with an abusive man until his older brother was killed. When he was ten and confronted them about it, they admit that that was the reason why at first but that they grew to love him just as much as their other two children. He’s angry, of course he is, but he forgives them after a while. He goes to school, he makes friends, he plays with Anna and Wyatt, and he decides to push the past behind him. By the time he turns fifteen, most people around town have pretty much forgotten his tragic past and he’s treated just like Anna and Wyatt, with awe and jealousy. The Fitzgerald’s are, after all, the most important family in Shadowville, and the richest.
He dates around a bit in high school, but nothing is ever serious. Most people see him as the silent, mysterious type. He doesn’t like to talk to many people outside of his siblings, too nervous that someone will try and talk about his past that he so desperately wants to forget about. He never can forget about it, though. His normal straight A’s always drop a bit whenever the anniversary of his brother’s death comes around and has been known to get into fights if someone dares to say something bad about his siblings. In High School, one guy in particular liked to say things like how his sister’s were cowards for leaving or how his brother deserved it, and he’ll punch the guy in the face and get detention. Luckily, that guy didn’t get into college, so Austin leaves it behind when he attends Shadowville State College. His time in college goes by smoothly, yet when the mayor of Shadowville is murdered in his Senior year, he can’t help but begin to remember the previous mayor, who murdered his brother.
PERSONALITY
[âś”] Intelligent, Dedicated, Protective
[âś–] Quiet, Guarded, Impulsive
CONNECTIONS
♥ Grace Turner - Biological Half-Sister. Austin doesn’t know Grace anymore. As a child, Grace always took care of him and kept him safe, but he hasn’t seen her in about sixteen years. She’s back in town now, but he doesn’t know that yet.
♥ Anna Fitzgerald - Adopted Sister. Anna is his adopted, younger sister, and he will do anything to keep her safe. He still sees her as a little kid, and doesn’t approve of the fact that she seems to have another boyfriend every week, but he doesn’t see her all that often to lecture her about it, anymore.
♥ Wyatt Fitzgerald - Adopted Brother. As an older brother, Austin always set the example for Wyatt, and he was okay with that. He tried to do the things that Dalton did with him with Wyatt. Lately, however, he hasn’t been around much, so their relationship has been strained.
♥ Noah Devin - Roommate. Austin and Noah haven’t been roommates that long but he likes the younger boy. He is pretty sure that Noah is hiding something, but he’s not going to pressure him about it.

DANIEL BUTLER is FIFTEEN YEARS OLD and is a STUDENT at SHADOWVILLE HIGH SCHOOL. They look just like DYLAN SPRAYBERRY and are currently OPEN.
HISTORY
Daniel is the child of Mary Richards and Dalton Webb. Dalton was the son of the former Mayor of Shadowville and Mary was the daughter of two extremely strict lawyers. Mary got pregnant in high school and, in a horrifying event after Dalton’s parents found out, Daniel’s father was beaten to death by his father, leading to the mayor of Shadowville’s arrest. Mary and her parents fled town to get away from the memories and Daniel was born in a small town in Georgia. He grew up oblivious to who his father was or what had happened. The only thing that he could ever fish out of his mother was that she had gotten pregnant in high school and his father was dead. As a child, the secrecy had frustrated him but as he grew older, he resigned himself to never knowing the truth.
His mother remarried when he was ten years old. Adam Butler had originally charmed both of them. He was romantic and kind and had quite a bit of money that helped them out of a rough time. He would help Daniel with his homework and take his mother out on romantic dates and supply them with all the money that they needed to get out of debt and more. Daniel had been more than happy when they had gotten married, ecstatic to finally have a father in his life. He bragged to everyone who would listen when the man adopted him, bearing the man’s name with pride. He looked up to Adam, believing him to be some other-worldly being incapable of making mistakes or hurting anyone.
That view of the man quickly changed. Not even a year after the marriage, Adam began showing a different side of himself to Mary and Daniel. He brushed Daniel off when he asked for help on his homework and snapped at Mary when she tried to pull him away from his work. Originally, the change had saddened Daniel, but Mary assured him that he was just going through a difficult time. When it got worse, and Adam would start screaming at Daniel over his grades, or bringing home several packs of beer and drinking himself drunk in the living room, Daniel began to doubt his mother’s assurances. Things only blew out of the water worse when Adam lost his job after coming into work drunk. Suddenly, the only time he spoke to Daniel was to shout at him to bring him a beer or scream at him for some little mistake that he had done.
He began to despise going home after school, so he joined as many after school activities as possible. He joined lacrosse, drama club, chess club, chorus, and anything that he could join that would lessen the time that he spent at home. He threw himself into them, making many believe that he was simply just passionate about them whenever he offered to stay late to finish a set in drama or clean up in chess club or practice longer at lacrosse. No one suspected anything was wrong at home, not even when things got worse and Adam began to get violent. Bruises began appearing on his body and he qas able to quickly cover them up with a laugh and a, “lacrosse is a pretty violent sport.” A part of him was still the little kid who wanted a father, and he was not about to tell someone that his step-father was hurting him.
Things finally hit the fan on his fifteenth birthday, when Adam pushed him down the stairs in a drunken rage and he broke his arm. It was then that he realized that Adam was not going to change. When his mother brought him to the hospital, he had been ready to tell the truth to the doctors when they asked what happened, but one look from his mother had him holding his tongue. A quick lie that he had tripped seemed to settle their suspicions and Mary had seemed satisfied. Daniel was not. Realization hit him like a cold bucket of water and when, a few weeks later, he got into a terrible fight with his mother, he demanded that she choose between him and Adam, because he was not going to live in the same house with the abusive man anymore. She chose Adam and it was then that things really clicked into place that she never truly cared for him. That night, he packed his bags, called up his Aunt Sara, and moved to Shadowville, Tennessee with her, completely oblivious that it was the same town that his father had lived, and ignorant to the fact that some of his family on his father’s side still lived there.
PERSONALITY
[âś”] Kind, Determined, Independent
[âś–] Quick-tempered, Guarded, Stubborn
CONNECTIONS
♥ Clara Rodriguez - Cousin. Out of everyone, Daniel looks up to Clara the most. She’s always looked out for him and made sure he was okay and when she found out about Adam, she had assured him that she would look out for him. He knows that he can trust her.
♥ Leo Rodriguez - Cousin. Leo is that cousin that he just can’t help but like, despite the boy’s rather odd personality. He has a feeling that he is going to be attempting to keep the older boy out of trouble often.
♥ Sydni Lewis - Teacher. Upon arriving in Shadowville, Daniel knew that he wanted to continue with some of his after-school activities, including Drama. When he met Ms. Lewis, he knew that he had made the right choice. He’s heard about her loss, however, and hopes that he can help her.

WYATT FITZGERALD is SIXTEEN YEARS OLD and is a STUDENT at SHADOWVILLE HIGH SCHOOL. They look just like TOM HOLLAND and are currently OPEN.
HISTORY
Wyatt never felt like he belonged in his family. The Fitzgerald’s are, after all, the most important family in Shadowville, with their ancestor being the town’s very first mayor. He always had anything that he wanted and his parents, to him, seemed perfect. They are smart and successful and known by everyone around town, while Wyatt is just the disappointment child. He’s the youngest and he gets really nervous when talking to anyone that he doesn’t know all that well, like his family. When he was younger, he would hide behind his father’s legs whenever they were in public or hang around Austin whenever they had to attend some weird party. Austin always let him follow him around. He didn’t talk to many people either, unlike Anna who was always ready to chat with anyone around. He always felt closer to Austin than Anna and when he was really little, he could remember sneaking into Austin’s room whenever his adopted brother had a nightmare.
Of course, there is one thing that Wyatt inherited from his parents. He’s smart… really smart. By the age of ten, he was reading Austin’s textbooks and when he was twelve, his parents bought him a science kit that he fell in love with. His love for science didn’t make him many friends at school, and he often got teased for being a nerd. The teasing turned into bullying once they realized that he wasn’t going to fight back, which led to Wyatt becoming even more hesitant around anyone he didn’t know. When he was thirteen and had his lunch stolen, Anson Miller, a boy in his grade, shared his food with him. The pair instantly hit it off, even after realizing who the other one was.
The Miller’s and Fitzgerald’s were always enemies. About seventy five years prior, their great-grandfathers were business partners. Everett Fitzgerald and Ulrich Miller were rather close and on their way to success when Ulrich accused Everett of stealing from him and, in a fight that broke out, killed him. Because of the Fitzgerald’s high standing, he went to jail for life and the Miller’s were furious. The feud continued on through the generations, up to the point where even Anna and Anson’s brother, Beckham, couldn’t stand each other. Wyatt and Anson came to the conclusion, however, that neither was their ancestor and since they didn’t have anyone else to lean on, quickly became close friends behind their parent’s back.
Anson was the only person that Wyatt ever felt like he could truly be himself around. Wyatt often dragged Anson to the Science Lab, and Anson would drag him to The Ice Castle, an Ice-Skating rink in town, as Anson dreamed of playing hockey one day. As they got older, Wyatt found himself spending more and more time with Anson and less with his family. Much to his chagrin, they didn’t even seem to realize it. Anson was always quick to reassure him that they were just busy or something and always followed it by doing something stupid that would cheer him up. He honestly didn’t know what he would do without his best friend.
When the mayor and his wife are killed, however, Wyatt can’t help but begin to grow a bit paranoid. The Lewis’ are a prominent family in Shadowville and he had seen their son, Tyrell, around school a few times. If someone could get into their home, which had to be wired with security, they could easily get into his own and it would be a breeze to get into the Miller’s. With the town going into chaos and fear running rampant, he knows that this isn’t something that a stupid act from Anson can make go away.
PERSONALITY
[âś”] Intelligent, Kind, Open-Minded
[âś–] Sarcastic, Shy, Dependent
CONNECTIONS
♥ Anna Fitzgerald - Sister. Wyatt and Anna aren’t really close. Anna is popular and beloved around school, while he is the shy, bullied kid. He’s pretty sure that she’s embarrassed of him. He doesn’t blame her, but it hurts.
♥ Austin Fitzgerald - Adopted Brother. Wyatt always looked up to Austin. He was, and is, everything that Wyatt wants to be. Now that he’s in college, though, Wyatt doesn’t see much of him. He hopes his brother will be around more.
♥ Anson Miller - Best Friend. Anson is his best friend, despite the fact that their families are enemies. They do everything together, or at least everything that they can do without their families finding out. It’s a secret, but they make it work.

GRACE TURNER is THIRTY FOUR YEARS OLD and is a POLICE OFFICER at SHADOWVILLE POLICE STATION. They look just like JENNIFER MORRISON and are currently OPEN.
HISTORY
Grace Turner was born Gracelynn Webb, the eldest daughter to Victor and Tonya Webb. The Webb’s were an extremely influential family in Shadowville, and her father was even the mayor for seven years. She grew up with three younger siblings, Mallory, Dalton, and Austin. Until Austin was born, Grace had a pretty much perfect life. She was smart, pretty, and spoiled rotten by her doting parents. When she was twelve and Austin was born, however, things quickly fell apart. It was obvious that Austin was not her father’s child and the fact that her mother had cheated began to pull her family apart. Her father, who had just recently become the mayor, was unwilling to bring any of it to light and hid Austin away and slowly became angrier and angrier, lashing out at anyone who tried to talk to him.
Things got really bad when Grace was fourteen and her father hit her for the first time. She had seen her mother storm into her bedroom, crying hysterically after a huge fight with her father, and confronted him over it, only to be slapped as a response. Things only went downhill from there. Victor became obsessed with his appearance, terrified that people would notice what was going on at home. He wanted everyone to seem perfect in public, to the point where he would sometimes force Grace and Mallory to starve themselves if he noticed them gaining weight, something that caused the two girls to develop eating disorders. If they ever acted out in public even the slightest bit, they were beaten. Grace always did her best to protect her siblings, whether it was sitting by Mallory’s side and trying to convince her to eat or comforting Austin if he had a nightmare or helping Dalton with his homework.
Just when things seemed like they couldn’t get worse, they did. Grace had recently turned eighteen and was debating about whether or not she would move out to get away from it all or stay there for her siblings. Her father received a furious phone call from the mother of one Mary Richards, a girl that Dalton had recently begun seeing. Mary was pregnant and her parents were not happy. Victor, furious and terrified after a threat to tell the public, viciously beat Dalton. Grace desperately tried to stop him but their mother dragged her out of the room. She spent the night holding a sobbing Austin as they heard screams and shouts of anger from downstairs. They didn’t come out even when the shouts fell silent. Mallory was the one who found Dalton’s body when she came home from a sleepover in the morning.
Grace, after hearing Mallory’s scream of terror and discovering her brother’s body as well, quickly called the police. Plagued with guilt and shock, she barely remembered the police officers arresting her parents and she never spoke when questioned by police. Mallory and Austin, both underage, were taken into foster care and Grace, once realizing that there was no way that she could fight for custody of them, fled the town. A close friend of hers was attending college in Arizona, so she drove there and bunked with her. Trying to forget her past, she ended up attending college with her friend, getting a degree in Criminal Justice, and then becoming a police officer. She dated around a bit, but never settled with anyone, until deciding that she would just focus on her job.
When the fifteen year anniversary of her brother’s death came around, she was struck with the realization that she had practically abandoned her siblings. Horrified, she began setting up as many plans as possible and, not even a year later, got herself transferred back to Shadowville, with her close friend Jessica Fitz, and Jessica’s sister, Julie, in tow. After settling down, she decided to try and find her siblings, but she finds herself hindered when she gets put on a murder case.

SYDNI LEWIS is TWENTY FIVE YEARS OLD and is a TEACHER at SHADOWVILLE HIGH SCHOOL. They look just like KYLIE BUNBURY and are currently OPEN.
HISTORY
Sydni had probably the best childhood that she could have. She was basically spoiled, given everything that she could have ever wanted, and was beloved by all her family, friends, and teachers. She was kind and ambitious, deciding from an early age that she wanted to be an actress, and took drama, as well as chorus, and anything that could help that dream. She made dozens of friends and was always close with her younger brothers, despite the age difference between them. She was convinced that she had the best parents that a girl could dream of, and, since her parents were rather powerful in the town, was popular among the residents. She could remember when she was nine years old and being questioned by reporters about the Webb case, when the mayor killed his son, despite not being involved in it in the slightest, just because of her last name.
High school was when she really threw herself into Drama. When she was in class, no one treated her like a Lewis, but like Sydni, the best actress at the school. She landed all the lead roles in the school plays and gained a reputation among the students that was separate from her family. She dated here and there, but ultimately decided that she was pretty much married to acting. It was what she loved to do. Even if her grades slipped in her other classes whenever a play got close, she never let it worry her. After all, she was pretty sure that she didn’t need good grades to land a role in a Hollywood Movie. She wouldn’t need it. All she needed was her acting and probably her good looks. Her family supported her, parents having full faith in their daughter and knowing that it would give them more publicity if she did become a famous actress.
When she was fifteen, her father became the mayor of Shadowville and she became more popular than ever. More and more opportunities was thrown at her and she’d even begun to be approached by a few people. When one agent came up to her when she was seventeen after hearing of her acting skills through the grapevine, she readily accepted. However, it wasn’t even a month afterwards when everything came crashing down around her. She was diagnosed with Leukemia after noticing quite a few bruises that she didn’t remember getting. Suddenly faced with something far bigger than anything she had before, Sydni found herself beginning to fall apart. It didn’t truly sink in to just how sick she was, however, until she didn’t get the lead in the new musical the school was doing because the Drama teacher couldn’t risk having her missing the show.
After a month into chemotherapy, she was pulled out of school and began to be homeschooled. Her parents were there through it all, making sure she was okay and paying for the best treatment possible. She didn’t see much of her brothers during this time, as they were in school while she was sitting in her room, working quietly on reading textbooks or solving math problems from her bed. When she got sicker, her studies were even abandoned with her parents promising her that she could pick them back up when she was better. At some points, she doubted that she would ever get better, especially during those long trips to the hospital where she wondered if she would even leave. However, after nearly three years, she was finally free of her treatments and allowed to live a healthy life again.
She got into college at Shadowville State College the first year it opened. Though she went through a period of still wanting to be an actress, she finally decided that she wanted to do something more meaningful. Her experience had reaffirmed that Drama was her passion, but she wanted something that she could do and still be close with her family, especially after realizing how her brother’s had been a bit ignored while she was sick. She got her degree and, luckily, her old Drama teacher retired that same year. Sydni was hired to be the new Drama teacher at Shadowville High School. It’s her first year and she loves it more than anything in the world. However, her life is thrown into another spin when her parents are found murdered in their home. Tyrell was there and claims he didn’t hear anything. She believes her younger brother, instantly letting him stay with her so that they can grieve together. All she can hope is that they find her parent’s murderer as quickly as possible and, in the meantime, she has promised herself that she will keep Jabari and Tyrell safe.

♥ Jabari Lewis - Brother. Sydni was really close to Jabari when she was younger, but that faded when she got sick. She knows that he spent most of the time with Tyrell, and they are closer than Sydni will ever be with them, but she hopes to get closer with him.
♥ Tyrell Lewis - Brother. As a child, Sydni loved Tyrell and thought he was the cutest thing there was. When she got sick, she grew apart from him. Now that their parents are dead, he’s living with her and she is determined to make sure that he is okay and protect him.
♥ Riley Collingwood - Best Friend. Riley has been with Sydni through everything. She was in Drama with her and always encouraged her to do her best. She was beside her when she was healthy and when she was sick, and Sydni will do anything for her.
