These easy burrito bowls are so good I've literally eaten them every work day for the past... Month and a half? 😂😂😂 . Anyway! They literally only take 30 minutes to make, and cost me maybe $10 for the whole week of food . 🌻Your choice of ground meat in the amount you need for your goals - I normally go with lean ground chicken because it's the least expensive 🌻Cook in taco seasoning 🌻Beans of choice! I normally go black beans but I mixed black and pinto this time 🌻Cook. Separate. Done. . Happy Monday!! . 🌻🌻My IDEAL (work day) morning: I wake up rested, my skin looks great so I barely have to wear foundation. My eyebrows are effortless. Breakfast is delicious and my lunch is already packed. I go to @dutchbroscoffee for my free stamp card drink, there is no line and it tastes perfectly made. I get to work early because traffic is light. . 💀💀REALITY: Wyatt knocks on my door 30 minutes before my alarm goes off asking to play video games, oh no, is that a new pimple?? 😮 Where's my full coverage?? This isnt just about going to the gym. I know a lot of you don't even go to the gym and that's OKAY! Motivation isn't just about pumping iron. . Write a schedule. Figure out your goals. What are you going to accomplish this week? Go grocery shopping, prep some snacks or some lunches so you aren't reaching for a candy bar in the vending machine. Do an extra chore so when you're exhausted after work tomorrow you can just relax. Organize your makeup so you know where your favorite eye shadow is tomorrow. . Transformation Tuesday!! . . I was SOOOO excited when I found the picture on the left. Literally it was a Snapchat and the text on it was "My hamstrings won't grow. Calorie deficit problems." .. The picture on the left was about a year ago eating maybe 1300 calories and using Herbalife. I think I was 130 lbs at this point. . A 6 month long calorie increase period and a lot of hard work later... I FINALLY HAVE HAMSTRINGS. I weighed in at 132 lbs yesterday. (that's 4 lbs lighter than the peak of my bulk) and I'm steadily losing about half a pound a week. Can't wait to see what other body love I discover. .
