"Kotetsu & Barnaby " - Digital illustration, February 2023

I drew this for a friend who is the biggest fan of the Tiger & Bunny anime series.

The turnaround from start to finish was fairly quick, and I opted to have minimal shading and highlights on the characters, as a stylistic choice rather than as convenient choice. I may go back and render (add more shadows and highlights) at some point later. . . maaaaybe?!

Dirty Pair (Proof of Concept) - Digital Illustration, January 2021

A proof of concept illustration for an idea I had for a Dirty Pair comic. There are still a few further changes I would like to implement to evolve the concept, including a tweak to the costume/uniform and maybe making Kei’s (red-head) hairstyle a bit "choppier”. . . London Anime Meetup Poster - Digital illustration, work in progress. September 2017.

I’ve started the layout for this by making a collage of the character studies I had made in my sketchbook for the poster but ended up “inking” the drawings directly in Medibang Paint Pro, rather than drawing them again, scanning an retouching everything. . . Too tedious!

Anyway this allowed me to “edit out” the flaws in the original drawings.
