You gotta see the bigger picture but don’t be lost in your thoughts about it. Workout your body, sleep well, meditate and truly eat healthy.
Dedicate your time to yourself for it’s all you have at the end of the day. Sculpt your mind and body through the adversities you face. Have your circle of friendships and don’t be afraid to outgrown or expand. Be loyal and give back without wanting anything in return. People come and go. Change is inevitable so adapt to it. Learn through it.
Be a good human being and leave a footprint on the world; big or small. Each day you open your eyes and take a breath you’ve woken up too 2 blessings. Each night before you lay yourself to rest be thankful for the day you where given… you don’t know how many you have left.
Ride the waves but stay consistent, grounded and determined in the ambitions you have in your life, you only get one so you might as well make the most out of it. You deserve that to yourself & the impact you leave on others along the way.
