Something we find really really annoying about the segregation of plural spaces by exclusionists is the amount of resources they try to cut systems off from.
DID/OSDD-1 systems can benefit from guides and advice from tulpamancers and other endogenic systems (we certainly have).
Endogenic systems can learn from traumagenic ones useful things about living with plurality and/or processing trauma.
All of them? No of course not. But the whole "we're stronger together" is true here. Being more than one is a vast experience, and we can all learn from each other. We can adapt techniques and coping strategies from one another. We can support one another.
The lines are blurry enough that we can all share more resources.

Weird tests we use to tell who’s in front
Imagine telling someone else a little bit about each of your systemmates. Who do you want to describe in first person? That’s you.
Look at your list of systemmates in Simply Plural or wherever you have a list. Who is it easy to imagine walking through the door behind you? Who do you struggle to imagine? That might be because that one is you.
Get everyone in co-con talking- take turns reciting lines of a poem, or play a word game like shiritori. When your turn comes up, where does your voice come from? Whoever comes from the center of your head is probably who’s in front.

PluralKit Crash Course (For Dummies)
Are you a system? Do you have friends who are a system? Do you and possibly your friends have no FREAKIN' idea how to use PluralKit? Fear no longer! We've made a (hopefully) comprehensive guide on how to use PluralKit, and it's on Google Slides! (mobile post coming soon)
It covers everything, such as:
Making a system
Creating members
Creating groups
Privacy settings
Config settings
Utility
Command flags
And, it also has the More Than One Carrd linked in it, because that's a great resource !!
(if there are any issues, bugs, or other things wrong with this, please don't hesitate to shoot us an ask! we don't bite)

Psst, hey!
You’re a valid system, even if
you don’t have trauma
you can’t remember your trauma
you have trauma that you think “didn’t affect you”
you have 2 headmates
you have 10+ headmates
you have hundreds or thousands of headmates
you don’t know your headmate count
you can communicate well with your headmates
you can’t communicate at all
you can only communicate externally
you can only communicate internally
you can communicate, but it’s still difficult
you don’t have a host
you have multiple hosts
your hosts change often
your host is frontstuck
you have a hard time switching
you switch multiple times a day
you never/rarely ever know who’s fronting
you always know who’s fronting
you have DID/OSDD but don’t function exactly how the psychology field expects
you don’t have DID/OSDD
you are self-diagnosed with DID/OSDD
you know you’re plural but your family/friends won’t believe you
you’re questioning if you’re a system at all
you created your headmates
you’re introject-heavy
you have little to no introjects
you introject your OCs by accident
TL;DR - all systems are valid regardless of origins, headmate count, or system functions

We luckily have a good relationship with our mum and have always been able to be honest with our mental health to her, as she's open with hers and shares some of the stuff we go through, but talking about this just makes us go fight or flight.
We told our mum about our DID a week or two ago, and she's really accepting (she's always been accepting of us), but we still feel nervous every time we bring something related to DID up, like we shouldn't be telling her. Does anyone know how to get over this/make it easier to talk about it?

Do you ever just *accidentally gives a headmate a gender crisis by introducing them to the concept of being trans*

Note
plural egg culture is identifying with a character very closely and obsessively. talking about how much you identify with them and would like to be them.
And how easy it is to adopt their mannerisms too

I have this theory I should develop more sometime, but I have a feeling that in some cases (such as ours), DID isn't actually as "covert" as people think, it's just that most people have no idea what to look for (just like with invisible disabilities).
People will see you change accents, personalities, preferences, in the span of five minutes and go "oh yeah they're just inconsistent/quirky." You don't remember any of the shit that's ever happened to you and people are like "idk get a planner and just try harder to remember, it's probably selective memory." You zone out and don't feel like you're in your own body and people will just be like "that's weird. Not my problem, though, so just deal with it."
DID may be hard to spot in some cases, but tbh I feel like a lot of it is more so society just not knowing what having it is actually like and what DID can look like from their POV. Did we make an effort to mask our symptoms growing up? Yeah, sure we did. But we didn't sit down and go "these behaviors are strange to the general population and I need to stop doing them," we were just trying to mimic those around us like pretty much everyone does. Not our fault they can't recognize a switch we're half-assing our coverup of.
