i highly recommend starting a journal specifically for your f/o(s). just gush about them. write your own image or fanfoctions. list some headcanons. write letters to them. whatever you want. but its private, just for you, so you can get personal or sappy or crazy with it. you don’t have to share with anyone, but you’re still expressing out all that pent up love for your f/o, without any worry you might have about other seeing or judging.
